We loved this resort. The bungalows were very spacious and clean. It had a nice porch to have a coffee in the morning and listen to the birds. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of foods. The resort had several dining options. We tried a few and loved them all! The pool was very nice as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our luggage was delayed in Hong Kong and the contacted the airline many times to make sure we got our luggage as soon as possible. We hope we can come back to the island and will definitely stay in the same resort.

It’s a lovely resort with two great swimming pools—one of which is perfect for kids and they really enjoyed it. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the main island, so getting there requires a long-tail boat ride.

The food at the resort is quite expensive the little town is just right there with lots of dining options and personally felt it was better tasting outside the resort activities are expensive as well just plan on spending a lot to come here and really explore.

Perfect 5 star resort on pristine white sand beach

Amazing stay here at this beautiful and luxurious 5 star resort. Pancake at the spa took great care of me and I felt so relaxed after the treatment. Crystal clear water and white sand await you here. The pools were great as well especially the fun pool. The staff were all very friendly and very attentive. The breakfast was amazing each morning with so many great options to choose from. Our villa was literally brand new and so clean and modern. AC worked great which is a must during the heat experienced here. If you’re thinking of visiting Phi Phi and want to stay on the island for a few nights this is the place to go for sure! Can’t say enough good things about this place as it was truly magical. If I ever get the chance to return I will most definitely stay here again!

Outstanding Service Despite Weather and Renovations We recently stayed at SAii Phi Phi and were genuinely impressed by the experience, even with ongoing renovations and some terrible weather during our visit. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after – always warm, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. We were given a free room upgrade on arrival, which was a lovely surprise and made a real difference to our stay. The facilities that were available were well maintained, and the food throughout the resort was fresh, varied, and consistently excellent. What truly stood out were the activities and island tours organised by the hotel – professional, well-run, and a fantastic way to make the most of our time despite the weather. Every interaction with the team felt personal and genuine, with staff doing everything they could to create a memorable stay. Renovations are always temporary, but great service leaves a lasting impression – and SAii Phi Phi delivered that in spades. We’ll definitely return when the works are complete. Highly recommended.
