Rooms are cmean, quiet, amd safe area. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is a little older, bit considering the area and price, it is expected and value is amazing. The only down side I had was inconsistent warm water and low pressure. Wifi would get a little slow mid morning

My room on this hotel was extremely clean and well kept. Staff was friendly, and there is a nice coffee shop downstairs.

Great stay while visiting family!

I was very pleasant stay in Hatyai with Centara. They allowed me to early check in (i was there at 10am)!. They served us welcome drink. The hotel lobby smells nice (lemon grass). I was a wonderful feeling and experience staying at this hotel.

The checkin was smooth. The staff was friendly . It is a small hotel with 8 floors. The room was spacious and clean. The bed is a bit hard as the other reviewers mentioned but it's fine for me. The best was the Japanese style toilet and a very adequate ventilation fan. Breakfast was included - congee and toast with eggs and coffee and tea served in the lounge on the first floor.
