During our stay at Hotel Monterey Kobe, we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Everything was well-maintained, tidy, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day of traveling. The housekeeping was done carefully, and the overall environment felt fresh and welcoming. The staff were also very polite and helpful throughout our stay. Even with some language differences, they tried their best to assist us and made the check-in and check-out process smooth. Their friendly attitude really added to the overall experience.

It's a really nice hotel. Beautiful staff - polite, efficient, friendly, and fluent in English. Very good breakfast. Excellent spa with a sauna and cold bath. Also, the hotel is in a very good location. - The service water in the lobby often runs out, but that's due to guests filling up their bottles, which is not good manner of course.

This hotel made exploring Kobe so much easier! Although we only stayed one night, their luggage service was incredibly helpful. Holding onto our family's luggage after check-out gave us so much more free time to enjoy the city. Thank you!
