This was not a hotel but an apartment. The location is practical, the balcony view is gorgeous, and the owners were very receptive and generous to requests. The structure is, however, old and the bedroon windows made a terrible rattling sound every time the door was shut, or the bus went by- definitely could use an upgrade. The washing machine and dryer were life savers. The place does not have a functioning fireplace, contrary to what's advertised. The set up is suited to families with young children, as it's got a playroom full of toys. The amenities like towels and kitchen ware could also use an upgrade.

一切都好除了有點噪音

位置交通便利，設施齊全，廚具傢俱洗衣機之類的都有，主人非常熱情好客，唯一一個缺點就是房間晚上隔音不好，雖然不直接面向馬路，但交通車輛的聲音還是很吵，用耳塞才能睡著。

広くてゆっくりできました。 洗濯機、乾燥機があってよかったです。 ＴＶはつきませんでした。 タオルの吸いが悪かったです。 エアコンの電池がなくて自前の電池と入れ替えました。 乳液、化粧水はありません。気を付けて下さい。

ちいさな子連れだったので、広くてプレイルームやキッチンもあるのはとても助かりました！ 掃除もこどものおもちゃやお皿等まで行き届いていて、古い建物ではありますが、快適に過ごせました。お湯の出し方が分からないなど、トラブルがあっても、電話したらすぐきて直してくださり、とても親切なオーナーさまでした！ 調味料の消費期限が切れていたのと、コーヒーのミルクが固まっていたので、(連絡したら交換してくださるとはおもいますが)食品管理は今後お願いしたいなと思います。 総じてこちらに宿泊してよかったです！

●立地 新神戸から近く、三宮からもバスですぐの立地です。バス停も宿の目の前です。バスは時刻表の確認をする必要がないくらい本数もあって、三宮までのアクセスも便利です。ホテルとしての駐車場はありせんが、隣にコインパーキングがあり、1日停めても1200円で済みます。駅から少し離れてるので満車で停められないということもなく助かりました。歩いて行けるところにローソンがあります。3月末の利用でしたが、新神戸駅前の生田川沿いに桜がたくさん植えられていて、タイミングよく桜も咲いていて、本当にすてきな立地でした。 ●チェックイン ホテルと違ってフロントがあるわけではなく、到着時刻を連絡してカギを受け取ります。 ●スタッフ とても感じのいい方で、温かいスタッフがお迎えしてくれて、お部屋の説明をして下さいます。子ども連れだったのですがベビーチェアを用意して下さったり、寒いのが苦手と伝えると色々対応をして下さったりしてとても助かりました。 ●設備 キッチンや冷蔵庫、レンジ、ポット、炊飯器もついてるので自炊も可能です。洗濯もできるので連泊にはとても便利でした。広々リビングにソファやダイニングテーブルもあるので団らんもでき家族で利用するには最高でした。連泊での利用で、自炊や洗濯を予定していたので、簡単な調味料や紙皿紙コップを持参しましたが、宿に用意があり必要なかったかな？という感じです。 ●感想 離れたところに住む家族が神戸に集合して泊まりましたが、団らんしながら家のように過ごすことができ、全てにおいて大変満足した。お世話になりました。また利用させて下さい。ありがとうございました。

건물이 많이 낡았지만 잘 관리된 느낌입니다. 호스트가 매우 친절하고 깨끗하게 관리하기 위해 노력합니다. 산노미야 번화가와 버스로 거리가 있지만 숙소 바로 앞에 버스 정류장이 있어서 이동이 어렵지 않습니다. 주방 집기와 양념류도 다양하게 준비되어 있어 요리도 가능합니다. 다만 문을 잠그는 장치가 조금 부실해 보입니다. 걸쇠라도 하나 있었으면 좋겠습니다.

管理人の方がとても丁寧に説明していただけたので気持ちよく滞在できました。 お風呂と別のトイレの水量が少なく使わない方がいいというところだけマイナスでした。 あと、ドライヤーも゙欲しかったです。 あ、7階に泊まりましたが景色は最高でした✨

子供の試合で滞在先として宿泊しました。 部屋には洗濯機、乾燥機、キッズルームがあり便利で、六階という事もあり景観はバッチリでした。 洗濯機をしようするなら洗剤が必要です。 他の方も言われてますが、ボディソープはローションです。子供に説明するのに困るヤツです。

家族５人での宿泊のため、少しでも広く、また３泊4日での予定だったため、レンジやお湯など気軽に使えたらいいなと思っていたところ、こちらの宿を見つけました。 実際のお部屋はとても広く、久しぶりにそろった家族が全員でくつろげて団欒が出来るリビング、ベッドルーム２つ、トイレ２つ、洗濯機、キッチン…と、まるで自宅のように過ごすことができました。 ３泊4日で利用したため、レンジが使えたり、キッチンで簡単な調理ができたこともとても助かりました（調理道具やお皿などが揃っていることを事前に聞いていたため、簡単な調味料を持参しました）。冷蔵庫も、ホテルようなミニサイズではなく十分な大きさのものがあったので、買い物したものを色々入れられて便利でした。また、洗濯機もあったためこちらも大変助かりました。 ベビーベットや子供が喜びそうなおもちゃなども用意していただきました。エレベーターがあったので、ベビーカーに乗せたままでも移動ができたこともよかったです。 また、高齢の両親やベビーを連れての宿泊だったこともあり、こちらの都合で色々相談させていただくこともありましたが、毎回とても親切に、こちらが驚くくらいの対応をしていただきました。 次回もぜひ利用させていただきたいと心から思える宿でした。心から感謝しております。ありがとうございました。

キッチン付きのホテルを探していて 初めて利用させて頂きました。 フロントはありません、オーナーが 着く前にメールで電話番号を教えてくれて着いて電話すると部屋を教えてくれて 案内して下さいます。 新神戸駅からは歩いて行ける距離です。 正直外観は年月を感じますが、部屋は とても綺麗です。窓からの眺めは最高で 夜景はとてもロマンチックです。 キッチンも広くて二口ガスコンロ、ポット、冷蔵庫にレンジ、オーブントースター、鍋やフライパン皿にカトラリーと かなり充実した設備です。 炊飯器も希望したらすぐ対応してくれた のが嬉しかったです。 思い切り料理が出来ました。 だけど食材を買うスーパーは近所にあまり無くて三ノ宮までバスで行きました。 バス停がホテル目の前なので便利です。 広い部屋でリラックスして過ごせました 是非また利用したいと思います。
