Staffs were very friendly and helpful. My friend lost her wallet and they helped us contact the police even though it was close to midnight. The hotel in overall was shiny clean and in walking distance from almost all famous tourist attractions in Kobe city, the closest being the China Town. Totally recommend!

喫煙ルームは臭い残りあり

喫煙者ではないが、喫煙ルームが安価な料金だったので、2泊しました。 タバコ臭が気になるくらい残っていた。 気になる方は、高くても禁煙ルームに宿泊すべきです。

阪神元町駅の西口改札を出て徒歩1分で着きます。途中にセブンイレブンもあるので便利です。ユニットバスは少し狭いですが、周辺のホテルと比べて安かったので値段相応だと思います。部屋の掃除も行き届いており、ウェルカムコーヒーがあるのも一息つくにはいいです。

サービスはよいのですが。

イベントのため5人で利用しました。朝食などや、フロントの対応などは満足でしたが、部屋の壁に埃の糸がくっついていたり、カーペットは隅に埃が溜まっていたり、ゴミが落ちていたり、風呂に髪の毛が落ちていたりと、清潔感は全くありませんでした。残念です。

値段も安く、タバコも吸えたので良かったです。駅からも近く、食事する所も多くあり良かったです。 ユニットバスは昔のタイプなので、浴槽は狭いです。タバコ部屋だから匂いなどは仕方ないかかな。ファブリーズはありました。 加湿付き空気清浄機があり良かった。 机は小さく、作業はしにくいです 寝るだけなら問題無し

中華街、南京町に面しています。商店街の中にある為、色々な意味で便利で面白い。元町駅がすぐ近くで関西圏内の観光にとても便利でした。平日の値段から、チープなホテルと間違いやすいかも知れませんが、女性も泊まれる中程度の気取る必要のない良いホテルでした。ただ、誰かも言っているようにバスタブの高さが自分の股下ぐらいあるのは愛嬌でした。バスから出る時の高低差も気をつけてね。

　契約駐車場はないものの　紹介していたいただいた駐車寿も　さほど遠くなく　手頃な価格でしたので満足です。 　ベットは大きめでよかったですが　その分　バストイレは　大きい体の私には　狭めでした。 　朝食は別料金ながらも金額に見合った内容でよかったです。 　中華街すぐそば、阪神電鉄元町駅すぐそば、コンビニすぐそば、　立地面では最高です。
