Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The food is excellently presented and extraordinary testy. The location is right next to the bus station.
The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay great. We even had a lovely visit to a nearby waterfall. Enjoyed the onsen. Highly recommend for the onsen, proximity to shopping and the amazing staff.
Beautiful old inn. Antiques in each of the rooms. Loved the ofuro and the chair massager in the room. Very helpful staff. Good English support. Very close to the shopping area of the town.
A quiet hotel in a busy area. The most special thing is the golden hot spring, which has no sulfur smell. The food and service in the restaurant are especially good.
What a wonderful stay. We hiked in from the Kobe area and the staff were so accommodating in helping us get from the top of Mt. Rokko to Arima. It was the exact pampering we needed after a long hard hike
The staff at the Hotel are truly exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, every team member went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.
This ryokan was a wonderfully luxurious experience with very warm and courteous customer service. I would love to give a special shout out to the young gentleman Ryuito (spelling?) who kindly checked us in and Harumi who helped us during dinner with such a friendly and cheerful attitude!
