"Great service and location. Close to everything but not in a noisy area. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the variety of fruit at breakfast."

"Nice staff. thank you. Welcoming reception. Good room as we chose the family one, and it was two bedrooms which were nice enough (fairly simple) separated by a lounge and kitchen. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. The Lounge and Kitchen were oddly bare (nothing in them at all apart from Dining table and some chairs) so not exactly useable, but we appreciated the space all the same. Convenient location, down fairly quiet side street. Nice pool. Thought it was good value for what we got."

"This hotel was fabulous, the staff were friendly and could not do enough for us. Senita in particular was a charming hostess. Breakfast was served to our table and not buffet style. anything you wanted cooked to order."

"A beautiful heritage building type of Hotel. Located in an almost European street with lots of attractions nearby. Extremely well kept. Hospitality was excellent, as expected. Wide variety of food. Service was done leisurely. Bonds well if you are on a leisure holiday but not if you are in a hurry to eat. As we could make out, food was quite fresh. Pleasant staff. Helpful attitude. On checking in we realised that it’s part of the same group which owns Kumarakom Lake Resort which was our next destination. Overall a pleasant experience."

"Great location in Fort Kochi. Walking distance to all the historical sites. The staff were very helpful and the hotel offered complimentary short (60 minutes) heritage walking tour and a Tuk-Tuk transport tour (2 hrs). It's the perfect place for a stay in Fort Kochi."
