接客、サービスは感じ良くご対応頂きました。ただ、敷地内の地下駐車場がかなり狭く、また、出入り口が急なスロープになっており、かなり気を使いました。

スタッフの対応もよく、部屋もキレイで大変満足でした。唯一の難点は車をとめれる台数が少ないとこですが、私は平日だったので、停める事ができました。 後、チェックアウト後の車の預りサービスがあれば尚更良かったです‼

Close to the train station

Quite old hotel and the hallway have some smell. Besides hospital, so you have to aware the ambulance car sounds.

高知駅から徒歩圏内でロケーションバッチリのホテルです。温泉ではありませんが、大浴場があり、ゆったりと入れました。素泊まりだったのですが、周りにいろいろなお店があるので、食事には困りませんでした。 とにかく部屋が広々としていて、開放感がありました。滞在は大変快適でした。

最上階にお風呂もあるビジネスホテル

大変古い施設です。アメニティはそこそこ揃っています。２泊しましたが、毎朝同じ食事メニュー、朝食時間の数分まえに会場に入ろうとしたら、叱られました。ホスピタリティもあまり感じられませんでした。因みに「サービスでついている朝食後の珈琲」については、２泊目に知りまして、１泊目には珈琲はいただけませんでした。最上階にお風呂があるのはありがたかったです。でも、禁煙」部屋ということでしたが、タバコ臭かったし、少し嫌な臭いもしました。

ツインの部屋に泊まりましたが、とても広い部屋で快適でした。 欲を言えば、エントランスにチェーンがあればもっと良かったです。後、鍵がオートロックじゃないのでかけにくかったです。 朝食は和定食ですが、干物を焼いたり湯豆腐やハムエッグを炊きながら食べる形式でちょっとリッチな気分も味わえる(？)感じでした。
