Jessica was very responsive and helpful. Stairs are required to access this unit. Kodiak harbor is about 15 -20 min walk (no steep grade). Also under 5 min walk to the Bean and Bloom coffee shop-on the channel by the bridge. A pleasant and comfortable spot with large windows to watch eagles, fish, otters, boats, planes. Queen...
