We have tried different dishes from most of the food stalls and feel this one has the best quality, consistency, taste and price. They make a great Tom Khai Kai, Pad Se-eew Goong and Pad Thai(no tofu at it is dried out). Enjoy. #market

Brilliant Hotel!

The resort, service and location vere excellent. Only downside is that they allow guests to smoke weed on the balconies. It is not comfortable to smell the weed at the pool and in your room.

Amazing experience to be in a gay place. Staff very kind, the room was incredible and confortable. Nice atmosphere in pool and there is a hot dark room and a steam sauna room. We will be back for sure! 🌈

Alpha Resort was fantastic. The room was spacious and comfortable. The facilities are great and anything you might need, Jun is only too happy to help you with. I enjoyed it so much that on day 2 of my 6 night stay I rebooked for another stay in Feb next year. Highly recommended.

Chill gay resort

Obviously for gay men. This was a very welcome and relaxing environment. Everyone was friendly, not particularly cruisey. I did meet some guys naturally in a social way, which was a nice vacation surprise.

We had a wonderful few days at Alpha! Jun and his staff were excellent in making certain our stay was enjoyable. The property is a very convenient walk to the Chaweng beach area, lively bars and restaurants, and the large Central shopping complex. The grounds are lush and tropical and the main pool is an enjoyable place to spend the day. We will certainly be returning for more visits!

Amazing hotel

Enjoyed staying there. Great locations. Friendly staff. Very caring. They arranged airport pick up and drop offs. Bar crawl, pool parties. 5-8 mins walk to the Main Street/ mall, they offered local tour like going to temples, water fall, and lunch on the mountain top!

Exeeded our expectations

This place exceeded our expectations! Very informal, down to earth atmosphere. Nice music in the pool area. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Lots of fun going on every day. Location was good. It took us 5-10min to walk to Central Samui, 15min to the beach. We will definitely go back!

Very basic - friendly staff

I stayed for 4 nights. The staff were all friendly and sweet. But the property was not for me. It did not meet the standards I am used to , unfortunately. Not their fault, its just not for me! Low points: no daily servicing for the rooms, no shower curtain in the bathroom, damp smell in the room, ac unit directly pointed to the bed and lastly the location. Even if it was not far from the city center it was still a 10-15 min walk. To sum up: i wouldnt go back as I am the kind of person that likes 4/5 stars. If you are not like me then go ahead.

Time will tell

The place is going through extensive renovation which i was aware of, so the noise by the pool was not a surprise nor were the guys painting. The room itself smelt of damp and the aircon failed to work, the toilets got blocked all in the first 24hr there. Jun did get everything working, but it felt for a 3 star place to be a big let down compared to other places we stayed in Thailand. The lack of staffing i didn't feel was a problem as Jun did everything himself and if it wasn't for him, this place would be a big let down. The grounds are well kept as was the pool and bar area, the drinks are reasonably priced, but the lack of onsite food is a mark against this place. On the plus side, the fact you can be nude at the pool was a big attraction for me, so well done on that. Location is a bit out of town, but not a big problem, however the distance does not stop the sounds from the clubs resonating in your room, not the places fault so it's not on them. Jun makes this place, but as a gay destination it has a long way to catch up with just the basic accommodation in Thailand.

My partner and I stayed at Alpha for five nights in January and had a wonderful time. Having come from another resort, what stood out to us most was how social and friendly everyone was, and I believe this is what makes Alpha special. During our stay, other guests would come by on day passes making the social scene even more enjoyable. Jun is a fantastic host and really does a great job of making Alpha a welcoming space for gay men. While there are more luxurious resorts on the island, Alpha was a perfect choice for us. The rooms were comfortable and the pool area was a relaxing oasis during the day. I will definitely return to Oasis in the future and I highly recommend it as a great place for other gay men to stay on a trip to Koh Samui.

Hotel bien renové depuis 2022. Des manques d eau chaude pour la douche ! Confort correct , un peu cher pour le standing proposé, jacuzzi non chauffé , hamam bienvenu propre , piscine sympa, accueil Russe un peu froid , si vous avez envie de faire des rencontres autour de la piscine ok en anglais de preference .

Amazing experience at the hotel. Although super quiet due to COVID, we were able to appreciate the beautiful property. Spectacular room in great location. Easy access to bars, shopping and beach. Super host Jun went out of his way to make sure we had an amazing time.
