Great time at Am Samui Palace

I stayed at Am Samui Palace for a few days and loved it. The location is very central, while still providing peace and quiet. The staff is super friendly, the breakfast great, the pools lovely, and the rooms are awesome. What's not to love?

Nice hotel, beware of the mosquitoes

Nice hotel in the heart of Lamai and very close to the beach. Booked the pool room and it definitely lived up to expectations. However this type of room and I think the hotel in general attracts a lot of mosquitoes and they even had a mosquito repellent ‘bomb’ used in communal areas during the day to help with the issue. My only major issue was when returning my scooter (booked via the hotel), where they’d charged me for an extra day but we agreed to split the difference 50/50. Overall good stay but the area is very busy!

Great hotel.

I really enjoyed my 3 days stay in this hotel. The pools and gardens are well maintained, the rooms are clean and big with good views looking over the pools. The cleaning and receptionist staff are very friendly and helpful. I would stay at Am Samui again without hesitation.

Incredible stay an Am Samui Pslce. The staff are so nice and friendly. The hotel is kept so clean and the hotel restaurant is amazing. Prime location on Lamai beach you can not beat it. You’re a few hundred meters to the best part of the beach and beach restaurants and bars. And in the other direction you a few hundred meters from the best location on Lamai beach for the best restaurants, bars and Muay Thai fights on Saturday night. I love this place. I highly recommend it especially if you want a clean safe place to stay for you and your family.
