The hotel is a haven of peace and quiet away from bustle and the traffic and noisy bars and restaurants on Chaweng beach road. Can be recommended id you chose to stay in this area.

Great staff, great pool and great room (with incredible aircon). Insanely good location with some great cheap food around (I could see the Green Bird sign from my room and Mr. Crab is one of the first things you see when you walk out the front doors) and some awesome bars within 200 metres. Would be 5 stars but unfortunately there is a club nearby that has a lot of sound bleed, I had to buy some ear plugs to sleep properly. Not the hotel’s fault one bit but I feel like it’s worth mentioning. If you’re a heavy sleeper or somebody who loves clubbing it’s the perfect spot (or just come prepared). Will definitely stay again.

Great location for Chaweng Beach area nightlife

The photos of the hotel are accurate. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast served was fine. The airport is not far, so you hear the occasional plane, but that was no big deal. It's an island airport, so the planes are not regular. The location is very central to the nightlife along the main strip. The airport transfers organised by the hotel were the same as if you had organise it yourself on arrival with Grab or taxi, so worthwhile pre-organising this, one less thing to think about on arrival, and you get straight to your accommodation hassle-free. The pool is simple and not very big. I had a pool access room, which was great, but not the best pool access room I have had compared to other accommodations offering this facility. Overall, I found the hotel reasonably priced for the experience, facilities and condition.

Confusion with bed

There was A major issue with the bed, we ordered double bed, but we got twin bed. Reception just told us, that there is no double bed’s available, but we can pay more, from the upgrade. Also breakfast was poor.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Tagsüber sind die Flugzeuge sehr laut und abends kann die ein oder andere Bar mal lauter werden. Aber ich fand alles in einem guten Rahmen, da das Hotel etwas abseits der Straße liegt

Bra läge

Fint hotell överlag. Mysig frukost, inte jättestor men det fanns något för alla. Bra läge nära huvudgatan. Inte alls störande ljud från klubbar. Flygplanen hördes men dom åker ju inte på natten så vi kunde sova gott. Enda negativa är poolen om du vill sola, då det är hotell på båda sidor om poolen så kommer det nästan ingen sol dit. Vi gick till stranden istället, bara 5 minuters promenad.

Mixed Review

Newly built hotel, 4 mins walk to the beach can rent a bike for the day 250 baht. Close to the town and shops etc. Staff are excellent, super service guys thanks a mill. The only downfall is the music from the nightclub. We had to move room on the first night, the hotel had no issue in us switching rooms.

Super Hotel, zentral gelegen, sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Kleines Mango Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig bezüglich Lärm am Pool und Fluglärm. ( Nachts kein Problem )

My wife and I stayed at the Villawee for 5 nights in January 2019. I read many reviews and many of those reviews talked about the noise from airplanes and also from nearby bars at night. Now here is the thing, forget the airplane noise as that isn’t a big deal, but if you are at the stage in your life where sleep is important DO NOT stay at the Villawee, The music pounded all night until about 6 in the morning. We tried ear plugs to get some relief but a better plan would have been moving. I really hate to be this negative as some aspects were very exceptable like the breakfast, the pool, and staff. The room itself was very basic but adequate I guess. Overall if you are over all night parties, I would think twice about staying here.
