Policy and rules:
1. Utilities:
The energy on this beautiful island is quite expensive. We provide free water and 20kwh electricity per day. Extra electricity will be charge at 7 baht/kwt to avoid waste of the power. Just remember to close air-con when leave the house for fun. Villa manager will read the meter on check-in and check-out time.

2. Free cleaning and changing linens every 7 nights. Cleaning by request is 1400 baht

Extra cleaning and laundry can be provided as extra service.

3. The Utility deposit: 20000 Baht (570 USD) needs to be collected (in cash) upon check in.
