Samanea Beach Resort & Spa

"Amazing place to stay and relax at. Construction of other resorts is happening on either side of property, but noise or visual impact was not an issue - Samanea is an oasis. Comfortable and luxurious rooms, good mosquito control, excellent food and service for dining and breakfast. Lovely well-maintained pool with shallow wading areas (great for kids!). Pier on shoreline was a nice place for enjoying Cambodian sunsets. Spa staff was as professional as any I’ve encountered in North America. Ground transportation was reliable and safe (tuk-tuk locally and car to Phnom Penh)."

"Centrally located, Hotel Old Cinema is easy to recommend. The rooms are well appointed and private with a comfortable bed, Breakfast is something to look forward to with delicious, fresh options to choose from. My overall impression is that the management and staff are trying and succeeding to create a nice hotel experience for guests."

"I’d be hard pressed to think of a better stay in Cambodia than this hotel. The facilities were cute and engaging, one of the most comfortable rooms I’ve had in a long time. The staff was simply rockstar level, with full attention to your every need. (Special shoutout to Moom) The complementary breakfast had a very nice selection options and the food was quite delicious. Finally, the restaurant setting, with scenic views of the river, was perfect."

"Wonderful staff. Clean rooms it's great for families tge only downside is the road to get there, but we can't blame the hotel for that. I we had more time we would have stayed longer. Again great and helpful staff. 👍"
