Saravoan Hotel Kep

"If you are coming to Kep and expecting luxury, look somewhere else. Saravoan will provide you exactly what you need for the price you paid. The room is big enough and you really can't beat the view from your own balcony. Some amenities are run down but they do the job. The shower has hot and cold water, the a/c isn't the best there is out there but it does help cool your room to beat the heat. The staff is also amazing, super friendly. Limited in English but their charm and eager to help is there. If you want the best ocean view in Kep, stay in Saravoan."
Hotel Old Cinema

"I had an amazing stay at Old Cinema Hotel. The room was big and the balcony was so spacious! It is also very close to the riverside and giant durian. The bed was so comfortable, the a/c also works to beat Cambodian heatwaves. The staff was also amazing, they are able to help me book Cathedral Kayak Tour and La Plantation. Bas and his team are just amazing, I wish I could have stayed for more than 2 nights."

"The staff were excellent in every way. The bed was very tidy and clean. The shower was in a "like new" condition. I stayed in the Executive King River View unit and I must say that waking up to that river view with the mountains in the background and the fishermen boating along and throwing nets was an amazing experience."

"We'd stay again but it needs a little bit of love. It would be great if he doors sealed better so cockroaches and big spiders could walk straight in. Shower wasn't great and drain blocked.. my bed was good but 2 others were like tables."

"I loved my stay here! Although it was short, the staff were just absolutely amazing! They were able to provide a ride into town with short notice and organized an amazing tour to the local pepper plantation! Certainly highly recommend"

"Amazing place to stay and relax at. Construction of other resorts is happening on either side of property, but noise or visual impact was not an issue - Samanea is an oasis. Comfortable and luxurious rooms, good mosquito control, excellent food and service for dining and breakfast. Lovely well-maintained pool with shallow wading areas (great for kids!). Pier on shoreline was a nice place for enjoying Cambodian sunsets. Spa staff was as professional as any I’ve encountered in North America. Ground transportation was reliable and safe (tuk-tuk locally and car to Phnom Penh)."

"I’d be hard pressed to think of a better stay in Cambodia than this hotel. The facilities were cute and engaging, one of the most comfortable rooms I’ve had in a long time. The staff was simply rockstar level, with full attention to your every need. (Special shoutout to Moom) The complementary breakfast had a very nice selection options and the food was quite delicious. Finally, the restaurant setting, with scenic views of the river, was perfect."
