"Very nice hotel located on a quiet street but at the same time conveniently close to the busy downtown area. Location was perfect since it allowed us to get to the beach and the Sea Garden in just 3-4 minutes by foot. Breakfast was really good, with many options to choose from and satisfied children’s and adults’ tastes. Staff was friendly. Will definitely consider HUGO hotel for our next stay in Varna."

"Lovely location right across from a very nice beach on the Black Sea. Spacious rooms and good service. Wish we could’ve stayed longer but do recommend "
"All about the hotel was great however we need to save a special page for breakfast which is outstanding.
The location and the personnel was very good and smiley.
There is an open car parl near the hotel.
The only thing the lightings in the room could be lighter but actually not a problem at all.

"The Hotel is simply 10 out of 10, Great Location, Fantastic restaurant in the Hotel, The Staff, The Management simply can’t do enough for you, That are so friendly and warm well as welcoming.. The rooms are big and very clean and modern, It has a nice Spa and a swimming pool. I have been staying here for the last 7 years and I can never get enough of this place just superb. Special mention to Ekaterina who’s the front desk manager, She’s great 👏😊"

"I booked a room with a window and I was given a basement room that stunk of cigarette smoke and two tiny windows (30cms x 30cms) either side of a bulkhead. The windows let in dust and dirt from the street and also cigarette smoke from people smoking outside. When I mentioned that I had booked a room with a window, I was shown a 2/F room that should have been the one I booked but was told that I had to pay an extra 100 bucks. No thank you!
The aircon worked well and the shower was nice with good pressure and hot water but the room needed a little refurbishment. Definitely not what I expected. The smoke was horrendous. My guess is that it had gotten into everything (bed, covers, cushions, curtains so it's difficult to get rid of the smell unless you rip everything out. "
"Great location next to the Sea Gardens and the Main Street for Bars and Restaurants . Hotel is about a 40 minute walk to the main bus terminal. Staff are friendly and polite. Clean and comfortable rooms with a good breakfast. Cannot fault this hotel after a 2 night stay. "
