At the descent to the beachThe house is located in the quiet seaside town of Dźwirzyno next to Kołobrzeg. The property is located on Spacerowa Street - right next to the observation deck and the descent to the sea (2-minute walk). The surrounding area is characterised by an exceptionally wide beach with white, soft sand. There is also a guarded beach nearby and a beach bar where you can relax with a drink during the season. CottageThe cottage with a very nice sea view from the 65m2 bedroom consists of a lounge area and a private area. The ground floor consists of a kitchenette, a living room with access to the terrace, a fireplace and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and ample wardrobes. In the living room there is also an entertainment corner - 32" TV and music equipment.The main attraction of the cottage is the corner fireplace, which provides a unique, cosy atmosphere especially during autumn and winter evenings.Kitchenette, Dining areaThe kitchenette is connected with the living room by a dining space consisting of a table for four people. The kitchen space consists of a well-equipped food preparation area (pots, pans, electric cooker). The room has access to a private balcony of 6m2, where lounge furniture is available.
