"The hotel room was spacious, very clean, the fridge & microwave were full size & new. The hotel staff were friendly. The rain dropped the ambient temperature & it would have been nice to have had extra blankets to stay warm. The top kept popping open on the kettle as it boiled, & I had to turn it off manually. There was limited art work, but for 3 stars & the price, it was great. I loved that the deck was cut around an existing tree. The swing & BBQ area were nice, & the patio lights. We never tried the breakfast."

"Our arrival was was met with sign that basically said under no management and to check in we needed to head over to a different property. No big deal, checked in, headed back to a dated but clean comfortable room.... we struggled with the wifi connection, one lamp was broken and the BBQ area was a complete mess, obviously being neglected for a long period of time. "When we got to the room it was a MESS! No one had bothered to clean the room at all. We turned around and tossed the keys back on the counter. The next room was clean....that is until we found some small blood stains on the towels in the bathhroom. Wifi....every room gets it's own wifi. Hope you like scrolling to find it. Breakfast was included and quite a joke. I have had better breakfasts included at a 1/3 the price of this location. An actual selection. There was no one at the desk when we wanted to check out. How convienent there was no one to voice our complaints to. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Our next trip to the Radium Hot Springs we will be avoiding this place."

"Usually I have great reviews for this hotel…not this time! The outdoor hot tub was shut down before we could use it Sunday night. The room was not up to usual standard we expect at this hotel -the room fixtures, hanging lights and walls were dusty. Dirt & dust in the corners of the bedroom Lukewarm water in the shower. The dining room table was so sticky even after we wiped it down we had to put paper towel down so your cards and or your arms wouldn’t stick to the table top! Overall not what I except for the price."
