"An amazing stay with great views of the city from the hot tub. We loved how close the home was to the city without feeling like we were in a too crowded place."
"We were locked in the elevator had to call 911. Then the front door broke and no guests could get in or out. Then the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. When I called customer service to seek some compensation they attempted to tell me that it wasn’t their responsibility that the elevator in the hotel broke and the emergency call button wasn’t working. "
"Apartment was nice and very well situated within a 5-7 minute walk from the main area of downtown Reykjavik.
Bed was comfortable and free street parking was easy to find a short 2-3 blocks away.
Communication with the management company was fast and easy.
There isn’t anything in the bathroom other than hand soap and it could have used a bit more cleaning but just fine.
Would definitely stay there again!"
"Loved staying at this property, very clean, convenient location and is just a 7 minute walk to the street with a food hall and a 24 hour grocery store. Being able to use the laundry facilities was also helpful and having a bagged breakfast left at the door every morning was a nice touch. I would stay here again."

"Lovely place easy to access any time. Free laundry but the driers didn’t dry enough even three cycles later had to pack wet clothes. Room was very dark and spacious with a kitchen "

"Our stay was fine, we had the 5-twin room for 4 of us and it was comfortable. The kitchenette had a hot plate, fridge, electric kettle, and microwave. Hand and dish soap was included. Good location too with a Kronan grocery right across the street. Due to a flat tire out by Kirkjufell, we didn't arrive until 2am, and since it's self check in, it was fine. Only issues were 1) the keypad to enter the room was difficult to learn to use (my first time trying to enter the room, I locked myself out for a minute with an alarm sound and everything), 2) the shower leaked into the bathroom, a lot, and although there is also a drain under the sink, the floor was very wet after every shower (great hot water though!), 3) because we had the flat tire and were arriving very late, I messaged the property though VRBO to make sure a VERY late (2am) check in was OK but I never heard a thing back from them, 4) the clothes washer on our floor worked fine (detergent was included) but the dryer didn't dry, and we tried 3 different cycles! A few hours later, we just had to hang clothes around the room to dry them. All in all it was fine, we'd stay again."
