The property is located in the village of Puče, in southwest Slovenia, near the border with Croatia. The ideal destination for hiking, biking and nature walks, the village is surrounded by scenic hills and vineyards. For coastal walks, visitors can head to the Strunjan Nature Reserve (a 25-minute drive).

Puce has a tranquil environment typical of rural Slovenia. Olive growing and viticulture play a significant role in the local economy, with the Santomas wine estate (a 10-minute drive) and Vinakoper, or the Organic winery Rodica (both a 20-minute drive).

Those in search of culture or a lazy day at the beach should head to the historic port of Koper (a 25-minute drive). Here, visitors can relax on one of the town\'s picturesque beaches, take a walk along the waterfront promenade, or explore the medieval architecture, cobblestone streets and Renaissance palaces.
