Overall my stay at the Palau hotel was a pleasant one. The staff were great and I enjoyed the breakfast. I understand that Palau is a developing country and thus some amenities may not be up to Western standards, but I feel they are doing the best to provide a great service despite the limitations.

Great for a solo stay or as a couple. Clean and comfortable rooms, and the staff were super helpful and very welcoming. Location is great in koror, walking distance to shops and restaurants, so a rental car is not needed unless you are going further out of town without a tour.

Amazing attentive staff who remembered your name and were very helpful with questions and booking tours. Thank you Joy, Yssa and Eleen. Buffet breakfast times and variety worked well for visitors from Asia, America and Aussies. Reporting a flickering light was fixed same day. Centrally located which, in my opinion, worked better than some places further out from centre. No noise and air con worked a treat. A number of great restaurants within 5 mins walk. There is no lift but staff will take bags to and from your room
