A great option in Kos

Quiet large studio with everything you need, comfortable bed. Despite of being very central in Kardamena, it is not noisy. Bus stop is 50 m away and many places to have food around. Some parking spaces are also available. Nice owners. Kardamena is ideal to visit the island and one of the best place to stay in Kos. Highly recommended.

The Rio Hotel in Kardamena is beautiful and centrally located. The family who runs it is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with great tips for restaurants, trips, and beaches. I even forgot my car key at the hotel, and they kindly offered to send it to me by post – amazing service! Highly recommended, and I’d love to come back. 😊🤗

Nice Hotel,close to everything.

The Rio was nice,clean,and cool,I found out other places charge extra for aircon but the Rio it is included.The Owner and all staff were so friendly and I wish I had had more nights there.A great example of good service.Noise not an issue on the nights I was there.

Lovely hotel in perfect location.

The Rio hotel has a perfect location for all amenities in Kardamena.The rooms have recently been refurbished to a high standard and are both spacious and comfortable.Well run by very friendly,professional staff,to make your stay most enjoyable.Everything is at your doorstep from taxis,local bus service,many restaurants and bars and takeaways.Of course,the Rio hotel has it's very own bar with many tv's for sport and good music day and night.A very enjoyable stay !!!

Great hotel

Very simple, large room, recently refurbished. Clean, tidy, air con, balcony, fridge, safe, TV was a little small with limited channels, all staff were friendly, great location, not too noisy even though it's right in the centre of town. Maybe an extra couple of pillows would've been nice. Other than that it was perfect for what I wanted and being a regular visitor to Kos I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A place to remember

I have no words to say enough thanks to the lovely hotel's owner mr. Vasilis for upgrading our room.for the entire stay (10 days) We loved the views, the neighbourhood, the staff (not many, but efficient ) This place is literally in the middle of everything, from nice dinning spots to souvenir shops and just across there is a CARREFOUR. The beach is 2 minutes walk away from this perfect spot -RIO HOTEL. If somehow we will return to KOS i am sure that RIO HOTEL IS OUR NO.1 CHOICE. Alexandra& Gabriel (room #201)

Fantastic

Awesome hotel, close to everything, the beach, the supermarket, restaurants and take aways, ATMs. Great service by all the staff. A big thank you to Apostli and Poppy who always looked after us for breakfast, lunch, drinks , midnight snacks. The owners made us feel part of the family, very welcoming at times our kids even played together. The hotel itself is very modern, always clean and our room was very spacious , comfortable beds, nice bathroom and it had tea and coffee making facilities ,(the only hotel I ve been to on the Greek islands that had tea n coffee facilities ) Thank you very much Rio Hotel.

Non potevamo fare scelta migliore... posizione centralissima, sulla via principale della graziosa Kardamena Camera molto pulita, ben tenuta ed aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante Personale gentilissimo: l' ultimo giorno avevamo il volo al pomeriggio, e la proprietaria ci ha offerto la possibilità di depositare gratuitamente i bagagli e di farci la doccia dopo il mare Consigliatissimo!

Hotel posizionato sopra un pub di proprietà del titolare all'inizio della zona pedonale di Kardamena. Camere pulite e nuove. Il signor Vasilis è una persona fantastica sempre sorridente e disponibile Ci ha aspettato la notte del nostro arrivo. È sempre stato subito pronto a dare consigli e venirci incontro su tutto. Dopo il check out, ci ha permesso di lasciare le valigie e ci ha fatto fare la doccia prima di andare in aeroporto Avevamo il volo di rientro alle 22.30 ma c'era un allert per mal tempo a Milano e non sapevamo se l'aereo potesse arrivare a Kos. Prontamente ci ha trovato una stanza per l'eventuale emergenza nonostante l'hotel fosse pieno. Sicuramente un'esperienza bellissima in un hotel silenzioso e tranquillo, nonostante la posizione centrale, e con personale gentilissimo. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Grazie Vasilis

Ottima soluzione per soggiornare a Kos. Kardamena è una località molto comoda per gli spostamenti in tutta l'isola. L'hotel è accogliente, è pulito e la nostra camera (al primo piano, senza ascensore) era confortevole, grande a sufficienza e con un balcone. Forse il materasso era un po' troppo duro. Prezzo competitivo. Buone le pulizie e il servizio. Personale molto gentile.

Very nice treatment of 2 difficult boys

The hotel owner was very nice even though we were usually drunk and annoying, but he was able to shrug it off and made our stay very pleasant. Above a pub also which is handy.

Vicinissima al mare alla stazione taxi con un pub in stile tipicamente british in pieno centro di kardamena gestito dagli stessi proprietari gentilissimi che ci hanno addirittura accompagnato in aeroporto l'ultimo giorno che non c'erano taxi disponibili x un fortissimo temporale.
