Top-house is a two storey home located in a quiet side road close to the lively harbor promenade, while beaches in Kos town are both sandy and shingle., covering a wide area. The Apartment features 2 bedrooms in two different levels connected by an internal staircase, open plan living room with sofa bed and equipped kitchen. Ideal for a group of friends or a family that would like easy access to island’s main attractions as a long pedestrian and cycling lane - next to the house- connects the two edges of the city .
“Tophouse” is between “Kanari” street - a modern area teeming with shops of all kinds open every day until late - and “Averoff” street that is known for the best fish taverns of Kos town. At the side of “Averoff” street begins the sandy beach of Kos town, a beach full of beach bars and entertainment that joins at the end, the quieter called “Lambi”.
