Wer damit ein Problem hat, sollte dann vielleicht nicht buchen - dies ist allerdings nur ein Hinweis. Die direkte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend im perfekten Englisch. Was seitens des Buchungportals Novasol in Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter nicht geklappt hat,...

"A stunning location overlooking a lake with lush flowers and gardens cascading down. Room with terrace was lovely. BUT, receptionist spoke only Polish and was not competent regarding the use of credit cards. The bathroom was very simple and small. Access to the run was through a staircase after exiting the elevator, which is to easy with luggage. The restaurant food middling, but service was friendly."
