Bad even at that price

No toiletaries even basic body shampoo. So loud the plane every hour from 6am till midnight 1am thorough the day btaking off or landing. Very bad soundproof, even next door talk softly on the phone you can hear so clearly. Water not going down when shower and in sink Cutlery only 1 pair and still have lipstick stain on the cup.

房子的位置很好，靠近海边（当然看不到景）旁边就是商场也有海鲜食街。房间还算大，但沙发有好大的污迹我根本不敢坐，应该铺个沙发巾既美观又好打理。厕所很大但灯泡不够亮感觉有点阴森。所以整体评价是3星，不太推荐。

Best for Family

The place look clean and new. A lot of shop and restaurant in downstairs. A huge shopping mall near as well (5min walk). Great places for family to stay. You can use the pool and gym too.

The place was cleaned and well maintained. However 1 unit has a faulty washing machine, while the other has a faulty oven. However we dont mind as we are not using them. Overall the place is quiet and sound prove with great accessibility to nearby malls and airport.

有完整的廚房設備， 還有洗脫乾衣機，非常方便，價錢也很便宜。 缺點是打掃比較不確實沒有任何備品，毛巾不太乾淨，不過我們用洗衣機自己洗乾淨也還可以，checkin and checkout 要特別聯絡服務人員才會過來處理，趕飛機時很緊張。

Looks good but don't trust what you see.

The apartment itself seems a little run down. Good location, good facilities. However, it seems like it has not been cleaned for months. The floors were dirty and dusty. The bedsheets probably has not been washed because I found nail clippings on them. YES. NAIL CLIPPINGS that weren't mine. It's lucky that they provided a washer and dryer because I had to wash all of it. I did not plan to clean someone's property for my holiday but it had to be done. There are a lot more apartments around that can be booked through Airbnb which is cleaner than this.

Awesome!

The place so spacious, totally recommended for family. Unit also feels like home with all equipment prepared. Don't worry to bring wet cloth, you get washing machine and dryer. For traveller highly recommended, there no worry about wet/unwashed cloths. One more thing, even there no reception, but the person that replying all my msj were there, so don't worry. You willget used to it . 5 star from my Family

It's not a hotel

There is no reception and it's not 24 hours. The key will be thrown in a mailbox only after you authorize them to have you rm200 deposit. One more of the worst things, they gave me the wrong passcode of the mailbox for collecting the room key...
