Superbly Equipped, Spectacular Views, Infinity Pool and Jacuzzi

  • Magnificent Sea & Mountain Views with Sunshine All Day!

    A superbly located and equipped 2 bedroom 2 bathroom designer apartment, with a large terrace looking west across to the mouth of the fjord & unforgettable sunsets, with majestic mountains towering above to the rear.

    A large pool, jacuzzi and BBQ area set in a verdant Mediterranean garden.

    Parking, Wifi, Cable TV included.

    Two separate bedrooms, one with a king size bed and separate shower bathroom and the other with a large double sofa bed, and adjoining bathroom with large jacuzzi, separated by curtain from the living room. The living room also has a double sofa bed, where guests have arguably the best views in the apartment through curved, sliding floor to ceiling windows!

    All rooms are separately air conditioned with electric underfloor heating for the winter.

    Large terrace to the apartment itself, offering 270 degree views, and a large dining table with 4 chairs (More chairs can be brought out from the apartment)

    Beautifully lit infinity pool in glass mosaic 10m by 5m, max depth 1.5m (Big enough to Swim properly in). Connected Jacuzzi with both air and water massage jets.

    Mediterranean garden with 25 plant varieties including Olive, Cypress, Oleander and Lavender offering a tranquil place to lounge by the pool.

    Outdoor dining area and large, permanent outdoor BBQ with charcoal & lighters supplied.

    Abundant range of towels (Including special ones to look cool at the pool & beach!) supplied.

    Fast (Optic Fibre) internet over WiFi, 32” Smart TV with Cable TV channels

    Washer-Dryer machine, large drying rack, iron & ironing board.

    Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar dining arrangement and tableware sufficient for 6 people (Dining table is on the terrace) and a dishwasher.

    Self-Checkin available, should guests arrive out of normal hours.

    This is a small, boutique development of 6 apartments with only 2 currently used for vacation rentals, so it is very intimate and tranquil.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at this apartment. The property has a stunning view of the bay and mountains, which is wonderful to look at whilst relaxing on the terrace.It is in a quiet neighborhood. There is a regular bus route on the main road into Kotor (and the other way), with bus stops at the end of the hill, but these aren't sign posted. Also the bay for swimming and supermarket are within a 10 minute walk. There are also a few bars/restaurants along the seafront. The apartment is modern and well maintained with all you need, except strangely no bath mat, hand towels or tea towel. But we improvised!The host is really helpful and communicates promptly. The pool is lovely and the garden area is nice to relax in. The hill up to the apartment is a killer if you are walking so be prepared! It is not suitable for all!

Location: The apartment is located around 5km from Kotor on a mountainside around 5 mins walk to the promenade which goes all the way into Kotor should you wish to walk it. There is a supermarket near by within 10 minutes walk, (check dates on items such as milk eggs cheese) and a good bakery. The views from apartment are stunning.Apartment: 2 good sized bedrooms and an ensuite bath in one and separate shower room. Well equipped kitchen facilities with excellent hob and cooker. It has all the desired utensils, crockery and pots pans etc. Air conditioning is good quality and works well. The balcony is a good size and seats 4 outside around the table. There is integrated washing machine which is easy to use. There were no repair issues before or during our stay.Pool area: The pool is an added bonus with excellent pool which you can actually swim in with a smaller jacuzzi pool attached. The pool area is a great sun deck with plenty of space to sunbathe. There is a large marble dining table and barbecue area should you wish to eat outside.Parking area: is safe with space for 5 cars.Host: Daniel was an excellent host who made himself available (via WhatsApp) and on occasions in person, to answer any questions and give advice on local area (such as good restaurants) local driving and areas to visit.Summary: All in all an excellent stay in a beautiful apartment with all the facilities you would need for a relaxing holiday.

Hôte très agréable, communication excellente. Tout aurait été parfait si la propreté de l’appartement avait été meilleure. Pas de stores occultants, réveil avec le soleil!
