"Overall the hotel is located near the station, Rinku Town. We appreciate the convenience around such as shopping and dining options. Everything is walkable distance. However we requested a nearer room located to the elevator lift. They gave us a room at the end of the floor. It was difficult for us to move 3 luggages with a toddler to reach our hotel room. Overall, amenities were ok, staff could be friendlier to tourists too"

However, Expedia website shows “Shuttle services included.. it is only FROM HOTEL TO AIRPORT. Expedia website needs to specify for certain things so there are no confusions or disappointments when you arrive at the airport being tired and trying to look for a shuttle service to the hotel. Don’t waste time looking for a shuttle service from the airport. Go and catch the train. "
