15 nights stay

We stayed for 15 nights. The hotel itself is nice, green and clean, with small bungalows and little swimming pool. The breakfast was OK with Thai food and eggs, but too much the same every day. Also some cookies for coffee would make it nicer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the internet in the room was very weak and not reliable at all, which was very irritating. To go to the beach one needs to cross pretty busy road, and the beach itself is very dirty, with a lot of trash on it. It would be nice if hotel stuff cleaned it one a day, as do neighboring hotels. Also they have very big tides, and during low tides it's very hard to go into water, as ugly rocks and dead corrals are exposed. You definitely need to have water shoes. There are many small boats that can take you to neighboring islands.

Das Hotel besteht aus kleinen bungalows, welche auf dem ersten Blick gar nicht mal so schlecht aussehen, auf dem zweiten gibt es jedoch ein schlimmes erwachen. Das Bett ist steinhart, ein aufwachen mit Rückenschmerzen wird garantiert, die Klimaanlage ist sehr schwach und funktioniert nur wenn der Schlüssel im Zimmer eingesteckt ist, was bei über 30 grad und hoher Luftfeuchte dazu führt das es 2 Stunden dauert bis das Zimmer halbwegs klimatisiert ist. Und zur Krönung funktionierte der Schliessmechanismus der Tür nicht korrekt, auch wenn es so aussah als ob zu ist, lies sich die Tür öffnen.

Dated and dirty. Bottle opener next to the toilet

Upon arrival they tried to put us in different room then we booked. We booked pool view bungalow but we have been given room with view on dirty pipes. Fortunately they were able to put us to room with pool view. Now the photos look differently than the actual reality. The room was dirty and dated and there were 2 extremely dirty white plastic outdoor chairs. Pool is smaller than looks on photos but nice. The location itself isn't great as there isn't much apart from overpriced restaurant's. 250 bath for a curry...In general I think its overpriced for what it is. Staff was nice enough with not really good English. Coffee is terrible. Also they have bottle opener right next to the toilet. Bizzare

Cheap and friendly

We stayed in Isle beach resort for 5 nights. It was a pretty good deal, since we did not want to stay in a fancy hotel as for most days, we had planned an outing. First the cons: The bathrooms can be kept a little more neater, there is a nice bath tub and they clean the rooms daily; however, it feels a little cramped up. Secondly, the rooms are smaller than what we imagined from the pictures. However, the pros elimated our worries as 1. the pool is not very big but is cleaned everyday, so my son thoroughly enjoyed it. 2. the breakfast menu is a set one; however, since we are vegetarians, they were considerate enough to make something veg for us. 3. There is a beach bang opposite to the hotel; and there are not too many people visiting there, so it feels really serene. 4. Lastly, the location is good for getting cheap tasty food. There are some shacks on the beach as well, where the food is not really that great, but the ambience is amazing, so we would usually go down there for sunset dinners. All in all, it was a great stay!

Siisti ja rauhallinen resort hyvällä sijainnilla.

Kolme yötä täällä. Siistit huoneet, sijainti rauhallinen, tosin ensimmäiset bungalowit aika lähellä tietä. Liikennettä siinä kuitenkin verrattain vähän. Rauhallista. Yöpäivystys. Ranta kiven heiton päässä, ja uiminen nousuveden aikaan mahdollista, mutta tien läheisyydestä johtuen ei ole ehkä paras mahdollinen ranta rentoutua. Roskainenkin. Muutama sata metriä etelään löytyy rauhallisempi ranta pitkähäntäveneineen ja rantabaareineen, Klong Muangin päärannalle matkaa n.1,5km. Muutama ravintola ja kauppa löytyy läheltä, Klong Muangin kylän keskustaan 1,5km. Ensin ajattelin, että resortilla on huono sijainti, mutta paikkaan ja rantoihin tutustuttuame totesimme sijainnin loistavaksi.

Koselig hotell i rolige omgivelser.

Isle Beach Resort er et veldig koselig hotell i rolige og fine omgivelser. Hoteller ligger bare noen meter unna stranden, har et kjempefint bassengområde, og består av koselige hytter i et frodig område. Det som trakk litt ned for vår del var all myggen, samt frokosten på hotellet. Det tar ca. 30 minutter fra Kaien som ferjen fra Phi Phi Island ankommer til hotell- området, og ca. 15 minutter til Ao Nang. Området er altså ganske øde, dog veldig fint, og passer perfekt til de som ønsker å slappe av litt ekstra. Her kan du nyte strandlivet i fred og ro, samtidig ha muligheter til utflukter i regi av hotellet, eller bli hentet på stranden av longtail- båter. Selv om stedet er øde skal det sies at det lille restaurant- området i nærheten av hotellet er utrolig sjarmerende, med veldig hyggelig mennesker, god atmosfære og til nå den beste thai- maten vi har spist her i Thailand. Ellers anbefaler jeg å leie scooter eller bil for null og niks gjennom hotellet og kjøre til Ao Nang for mer liv om kveldene.

Da muss ich unbedingt wieder hin!

War mit meinem 20 jährigen Sohn im Dezember 15 für 7 Nächte da. Ist ein kleines Resort mit einfachen Bungalows, sehr sauber und ausgesprochen nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück klein, aber sehr gut und frisch. Einfach so zum Meeresfrüchte - Barbecue von befreundetem Besuch und dem Besitzer eingeladen, war sehr lustig! Eine Familie aus Australien (Charley und Yun mit Jim) beim Barbecue kennengelernt - 7 Insel Trip zusammen gemacht. Waren sehr gemütliche und erholsame Tage. Zwischen dem Resort und dem Strand ist eine Strasse, auffallend rücksichtsvoller Fahrstil der LKW-Fahrer,
