You get what you pay

The property itself has great potential and iI think had seen better times. Our room was really big with a great balcony and it was spotless. However everything is old and it looks like it hasnt had a proper maintance in a while. Location is good, about 10-15 min walk to main atracctions.

Good property. Just the wifi connection is not stable. Sometimes didn't work. In general is ok to stay.

Dirty hotel

The hotel was in much worse condition than the pictures make it out to be. The rooms had multiple things broken, including the refridgerator which had a puddle of water inside and the bathroom sink which literally fell apart multiple times even when they said they'd fix it. The rooms were also very dirty, there was a thick layer of dust/lint on top if the tile, stained towels, old soaps left in the shower, and mold/mildew in all the tiles. They also charge you extra to use a key fob that you need to get into the building. The only good thing was the location, which was a 10min walk to the beach.

TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour. Le personnel trĂšs agrĂ©able et de bonnes recommandations. Piscine agrĂ©able et calme. L’hĂŽtel est en retrait du bruit de ao nang tout en restant Ă  proximitĂ© de tout. Pas de pdj mais Ă  proximitĂ© d’un 7/11 et de petits restau. Une adresse Ă  garder !

Abbiamo soggiornato qualche giorno in questa struttura, siamo stati accolti da personale molto cordiale e disponibile in un contesto quasi famigliare, la struttura ù carina ed ha un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo ovviamente senza grosse pretese, buona pulizia della stanza e buona colazione ( un po’ ristretta ma buona) . För det priset och samt omrÄde kan man inte begÀran mer! VÀnlig personal och skön lokal kÀnsla! Ett plus Àr att nÀrmaste massage stÀlle Àr 40 meter frÄn hotellet, Absolut vÀrt de 7 dagarna vi var pÄ besök! Frukosten skulle dock kunna vara lite bÀttre! Men det var de enda!

Nice quiet area close enough to the beach and night market. Staff were very friendly. Room was always cleaned well. Had a balcony to relax on. Only thing to note was wifi was only available in the lobby.

An absolute delight

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at this hotel. If Thailand is "the land of smiles" then this hotel has "the staff of smiles". There is a good choice for breakfast and the dining area is a lovely open verdana. Highly recommended and value for money
