милая гостиница близко к центру

уютная гостиница в шаговой доступности к старому городу , 10 мин пешком. очень удобно. очень дружелюбная хозяйка , помогла нам во всем. комната соответствует описанию. хороший завтрак. один недостаток , возле гостиницы есть ночные бары и всю ночь слышен шум с улицы.

I would have graded this hotel higher but it is advertised as 4 star. I would rate it a very good 3 star but that takes nothing away from the hotel itself. The staff couldn't do enough to help, breakfast was briliant and although there was no bar in the hotel the surrounding area has numerous dining and drinking places, something for everyone. We were advised that the hotel is closing at the end of the month which is a great shame as I would have no hesitation in returning. Excellent value for money and highly recommended..

Excellent family run hotel

Exceptional staff, went above and beyond to make stay comfortable. Breakfast staff were incredible... smiley happy faces, personal approach to guests and fresh food rotation and the best latte ive had yet in Poland. Room was huge and very comfy....one of the best sleeps ive had in a hotel. Location was excellent too. Highly recommend

Great!

Although I reserved the room only 1 hour before I arrived because of a little sudden problem at midnight, they not only accepted me but also upgraded my room. The receptionist was one of the best hospitable person who I’ve met ever. The room also was clean and cool. I love the designs.

Very clean and comfortable, close to the old town. Good breakfast and nice staff. Good value for money. Unfortunately the sauna wasn't in operation, which was my main reasons for choosing the hotel.

Good for the price

Room was great, very generously sized. Bathroom also good. Good quality TV etc. Couple of small issues - one of the curtains was attached loosely and fell off so I had to climb up and reattached it. There was a kettle in the room, but the tray with all the tea/coffee etc was empty. On a side note - the area is great, right in the heart of the Jewish Quarter of Krakow, totally fascinating.

Nice stay

The room was very spacious, clean and tidy The bed very comfortable, had a great night sleep. Our host was wonderful, she was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay there again.

Läget är helt fantastiskt och personalen är supertrevlig. Läget och priset i kombination med fantastisk personal gör att det är femstjärnigt. Vi bodde två vuxna och två barn i ett familjerum. Kan varmt rekommendera

Muy buen hotel para su precio, pero no merece 4*.

Muy buena relación calidad/precio. Por el precio que cobran, sinceramente no se puede pedir más, pero el hotel está muy lejos de merecer 4 estrellas. Habitaciones muy pequeñas, baño diminuto y lavabo de casita de muñecas. No hay alfombrilla en el baño, posiblemente porque no cabría en el suelo. Con la excusa del COVID, no arreglan la habitación a no ser que lo pidas expresamente, pero no lo avisan al llegar, con lo que el primer día en cualquier caso no te arreglan la habitación, porque no lo has pedido. En fin, buen hotel para su precio, pero teniendo en cuenta que es hotel de 2-3 estrellas, nunca 4.

Bildene av hotellet stemmer ikke overens med hvordan det er i virkeligheten. Det var hår i dusjen og på dosetet, som tyder på at det ikke har blitt vasket. Masse støv på, luktet vondt i kjøleskapet og det var flekker fra gammel mat/drikke.

Przyjemny hotel. pobyt rodziny 2+2 na weekend. Lokalizacja ma swoje plusy i minusy. Wszędzie blisko ale w nocy hałas z zewnątrz mimo to brałem ze świadomością ze tak może być skoro hotel na Kazimierzu. Śniadanie bufet szwedzki prosta propozycja ale nie potrzeba więcej .

Hôtel placé au cœur du quartier tendance de Cracovie et à mi chemin entre le château, Rynek et la schindler Factory, c’est à dire les incontournables. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité et les hôtes très accueillants et serviables.

Nice hôtel in a nice place

Hotal was not far the jewish place. The staff was very helphull and kind. We got a personnal breakfast early. We decided to stay one night more we will come back sure when we will stay at krakow
