The room was clean and tidy. Restaurant only served breakfast nothing else. The noise in rooms from the adjoining bars was so loud. Good central location and amazing food court right across the road which served lovely street food at very reasonable prices. The tv only had one channel in English. No smart capability to use your own app logins or anything.

The hotel is facing Plac Nowy. The rooms are of a really good standard, walk in shower, fridge and safe. If i was to offer 1 negative it would be the lack of wifi connections to the TV, no opportunity to watch Netflix, prime or you tube. Otherwise can't fault it.

I was very happy with this hotel. The room was very nice, clean, cozy with a mini-fridge(excellent). It is on the square Plac Nowy which full of food stalls which are open late and most specialize in the great polish Zapiekanka( like a big, flatbread pizza), as well as other polish eats. In short fantastic hotel, fantastic area, so if I’m in Krakow, this is where I’ll stay. Chris

The hotel was beautiful and my room was very clean. Very good location in the Jewish quarter near lots of cute restaurants and cafes and also a little flea market in the square next door. Old Town is also maybe a 15-20 minute walk, or there are two tram stops that are a very close walk if you want to use public transit to get around. I stayed in a budget room and to get there you have to take two sets of stairs after getting off the elevator so that’s something to keep in mind if you have a lot of luggage. But it was on the top floor with a slanted ceiling with ceiling windows which was cool. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
