Bra hotell, nær det meste

Fint hotell nær sentrum. Greie og store rom. Rent og fint. Bra frokost. Personal i resepsjonen kunne nok vært et par knepp hyggeligere. Men alt i alt, bra sted. Vi var en guttegjeng på 17 personer på tur.

100% do not recommend this place

I had a trip planned to come to Krakow for a long weekend. when i got to the airport i was told our flight was canceled and the next flight was in 3 days. I tried contacting the hotel to let them know i would have to cancel because of this situation that is out of our control. They did not care that we had to cancel and would not refund us our money. I even tried to change the dates for my stay because we are coming back to Poland in February and they still would not help us. I recommend staying at a place that will work around incidents like this that you can't control and not just take your money like this place.

Huone ei vastannut mitä tilattaessa netissä hienot kuvat näytti. Huoneet käytössä kuluneet. Ensin tarjottiin inva huonetta jossa yksi pieni vaatekaappi ilman hyllyjä. Pitkän puhumisen jälkeen saimme huoneen vaihdettua jossa parempi vaatekaappi hyllyillä. Sängyt olleet jo kauan käytössä. Patjat syytä uusia piakkoin.Aamiainen hotellin ravintolassa ihan ok.

Locatie t.o.v. de 'old town' is perfect met de grote markt op loopafstand. Rustig hotel met zeer vriendelijk en servicegericht personeel. Ontbijt is prima met voldoende keus. Wij zouden dit hotel zo weer boeken bij een volfend bezoek aan deze geweldige stad.

Hotell classic hadde en perfekt beliggenhet, sentrumsnært i et rolig område med lite trafikk, og kun 2-3 minutt gange til markedsplassen og serverdighetene der. Hele familien var fornøyd med beliggenheten av hotellet.

Loistava sijainti, aivan kelpo paikka yöpyä. Ei luksusta, mutta sitä emme hakeneetkaan, matkoilla pääasiassa tutustumme paikkaan ja hotelli toimii vain tukikohtana ja yöpymispaikkana. Kylpyhuone remontoitu, huone kaipaisi pientä pintaremonttia, kaikki lamput eivät toimineet ja kokolattiamatoista miinusta. Suosittelen kyllä itseni kaltaisille matkustelijoille ja voisin mennä uudestaankin. Todella helppo kävellä nähtävyyksiä katsomaan joita Krakovassa ja vanhan kaupungin alueella riittää!

Olimme hotellissa 3 yötä. Henkilökunta oli todella mukava ja saimme apua kaikkiin kysymyksiimme. Aamiainen oli ok. Muuten kaikki oli hyvin, mutta hotellin kanssa samassa rakennuksessa olevasta ravintolasta kuului meteliä huoneeseen. Tämä häiritsi nukkumista. Hyvä sijainti, kävelymatka vanhankaupungin alueelle ja kauppakeskukseen. Aamupala vaatimaton, mutta Ok. Ainoa miinus huoneessa oli kokolattiamatto ja ettei ollut jääkaappia. Kadunpuolen 24 h baari hieman häiritsi. Hintalaatusuhde hyvä. Voisin yöpyä täällä uudestaan.

Situation was perfect. Very central but right next to the park as well. The station was very close and the main square a few minutes walk.. Could not have asked for more. Very good breakfast too.
