Very good value 3 star hotel. Nothing fancy but also all you need from such standard is there (or even more). Sauna free of charge, very good breakfast (extra paid), easy parking, close to market square and recreational area in Niepołomice. Room was big with all water, tea, coffee available.

Good hotel

Hotel is very nice. The room was okay a bit warm, as I was only in at night time it was ok. Curtains don’t cover the window properly so early wake up. I suggest in summer to offer a blackout blindfold. Good shower and clean bathroom.

Pokój wygodny, kabina prysznicowa mała, w pokoju troszkę chłodno - kaloryfery jeszcze nie grzały Zaskoczyły mnie kupony na posiłki w restauracji -można nabyć w recepcji wielokrotność 20 zł i zamówić posiłki z kuponów nie wydają reszty ale można dopłacić - ( faktura usługa hotelowa, bez faktury za usługę hotelową można zamawiać normalnie z karty - usługa gastronomiczna) śniadanie dobre

Curtains were terible, air conditioning wasnt great, shower pressure was low and the temperature of the water wouldnt stay the same. Bed was uncomfortable, breakfast buffet wasnt the best. We were told the sauna facilitys which was stated to be free, was closed for maintenance which it wasnt when i chanllanged then the hot tub was no included in the free use of the sauna 'facilitys'

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel, ideal für Dienstreisen. Sehr freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer. Verdunkelungsvorhänge wären allerdings wünschenswert. Essen im Restaurant sowie der Bar ist günstig und sehr lecker.

Hotel and Spa (with a beer bath!)

A nice hotel in a small town. The sauna was great. I even tried the beer bath and it was soothing. Don't expect a vat of beer, it was more of a single reclining jet tub that must have had some small percent of beer which was slightly noticeable.

Abseits gelegenes Hotel nur englisch und polnisch

das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Abseits - ca. 20 km von Krakau entfernt, das gesamte Personal spricht fast ausschließlich polnisch oder englisch, die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel geht in Ordnung, die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption ist freundlich und auch bemüht Fragen zu beantworten soweit man sich englisch verständigen kann, das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend - es gab nur einen Kellner- welcher uns gegenüber sehr bemüht war und sehr freundlich uns begegnet ist, der Spa-Bereich ist sehr dürftig und die Massagen sind nicht sehr gut - auch ist der Service dort mangelhaft, in der Bar wurden wir sogar bewusst übersehen und nicht bedient, es gab täglich eine kleine Flasche Wasser

One night only

One night stay arriving at 10:30 on the evening was not welcoming with no food available. So bar was the the only option at 10:40 for drinks only as at 11:00 we were forced to leave the bar and finish our drinks in reception no drinking up time at all. After finishing I actual made to my room after the second attempt due to door key cards not working. Large room with 2 single beds and a lounge were the sofa bed was made ready? Almost telling me you are sleeping here tonight which was the best place due to no tv in the bedroom. Breakfast was ok just glad to see my taxi and get back to work.
