Stopover in Kraków

Very nice and cosy hotel located in the southern part of Kraków, which makes it a perfect stopover for those travelling to the mountains. Within walking distance to Saunarium Borowinowa. Comfortable and clean rooms, staff super nice, good breakfast, tasty food in the restaurant, free parking and good value for money. Who could ask for more?:)

Very organized , free unlimited coffee , free and big breakfest , fan in the room unlike other hotels . I had electric outage and they were nice enough to replace my room with another room despite close to zero supply of ready vacancies

Very nice hotel for very reasonable cost. Smells great in the whole building creating pleasant initial impression. The staff speaks English and is very friendly. Just be careful when arriving to confirm the Expedia’s booked price to what they actually will charge you. I booked double room and single room but when arrived was told it was 2 double bed rooms. I figured the price will be the same as what I booked on this site but I was charge much more. I was thinking “free upgrade”. I should’ve asked before agreeing to take the room. Other than that price difference which could be real big deal for another family, the place is very well located. Close to (10min drive) to all best restaurants in Krakow. The rooms had blow dryer and body/hair soap. Towels were nice. Rooms had table fan in each which made me think that there was no A/C. It was cool when we visited (July) so we did not need the fans. The included breakfast was truly the highlight so don’t pass on it (served 7-10am). The keys have the electronic card to be used when in the room to make the electricity work. You can’t leave your devices (cellphone or laptop) charging when you leave the room. That kind of sucks, but it is what it is. It’s a nice spot.

Le personnel et l’état de la chambre étaient corrects mais la chambre est indiquée avec climatisation sur hotels.com alors qu’elle n’en est pas équipée du tout ! Seul un ventilateur était fourni, nous avons très mal dormi, il faisait trop chaud !

Un peu déçue au vu de tous les commentaires positifs. Pas de bouilloire,ni frigo, ni clim dans la chambre. À chaque demande à la réception d un besoin = pas de possibilité. Correct pour avoir besoin juste de dormir et partir en journée. Bonne insonorisation.Petit déjeuner répétitif avec produits de la veille. Personne ne parle français, alors si mauvaise maîtrise de l anglais c'est compliqué. Pour info, la carafe d eau est à 18 zloty. Et point important en arrivant de Cracovie vous ne pouvez pas accéder à l'hôtel mais vous êtes obligés de faire 1/2 tour plus loin sur une 4 voies. Le restaurant n'est pas excessif mais il y a beaucoup de groupes. Correct dans l ensemble. Aucune taxe supplémentaire payée que le prix annoncé sur le site. Bon séjour

Wij vonden dat het personeel wat actiever mag reageren. We werden soms met moeite begroet. Dame achter de balie wist niet eens hoe lang het rijden was naar Auschwitz. Ontbijt was goed maar weinig stond gekoeld. Kamer was schoon en netjes, wel wat geluid door langsrijdende trein. Geen airco in kamers, terwijl op diverse boekingsites stond dat er wel airco was.

Bij aankomst bleek er een fout in hun systeem te zitten. Bijgevolg hebben we daar niet gelogeerd, pluspunt was wel dat ze voor ons wel een ander hotel hadden geboekt. Dichter bij het centrum (was waar), en 4 sterren (ahum)! Hotel Sympozijum, fel verouderd en schamele kamers, ontbijt was wel in orde.

Hotel godny polecenia.Bardzo dobry dojazd, hotel z parkingiem i dobrą restauracją.Pokoje czyste, przestronne z dużą łazienką.Jedynym minusem były sprzątaczki które w porannych godzinach i to dość głośno sprzątały pokoje.
