Easy check in and out. We could leave our luggage for the day at reception after checking out, which was helpful. Handy central location in the middle of Krackow. Decent breakfast with a good mix of cooked and continental. Also a good restaurant adjacent with discount for hotel residents. The room was basic but clean with tea and coffee making facilities and a lockable safe. Decor could do with an update in the corridors. We enjoyed our stay.

Basic hotel in the center of the old town. When you step outside of the hotel you´re in the middle of the old town. Even though the hotel is on a busy street, our room was really quiet. Rooms don´t have air conditioning, but it wasn´t too hot in the room The only minus for the room is that there´s no fridge or minibar at all. Breakfast not very big but enough for us.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The staff were friendly and helpful, they showed us to our room and provided us with plenty of information about our stay. As we were checking out in the early hours they even offered us a breakfast bag so that we didn’t miss out. The hotel is just off of the main market square and served as a great base for exploring. We couldn’t hear any of the noise that other reviews speak of. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Krakow.

Our rooms were at the back of a courtyard, through a pizza restaurant, up 4 flights of stairs, numerous doors to open to access the rooms.Rooms clean & spacious, no air con, but pedestal fan.Continental Breakfast was well stocked & enjoyable.Very close ( 20m ) to main square.Overall enjoyable stay.8/10
