"Hallways needed vacuuming, building shows signs of disrepair (our door had a large area that appeared to have been patched and painted). We stayed there because of price and close to hospital. Probably would stay elsewhere if the need arises."

"Everything wonderful. There was an issue with the AC not going lower than 72, but they quickly provided 2 fans and that solved the issue. We were there 3 nights and best stay we've had in past 7 years with any hotel from Seattle to NY."

"The rooms were clean and very close within walking distance to the Epic center. Safe area! Nice to have a room to open the window a bit for fresh air while sleeping. Staff was really nice as well. Sitting area outside was nice as well."
