Great location, a 30 minute walk to the city centre or a 10 minute tram ride with is a very quick walk away. Also walking distance from the train station. The room was very nice and the property was great. Would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend

Amazing hotel

This hotel is amazing. Rooms are great, everything that you need in the rooms, comfy beds, nice bedding & tea & coffee facilities. All the staff were so friendly, It has a really nice atmosphere and we would go back here if we visit again.

Really comfortable swish hotel, great staff made us feel really welcome. Even the staff in the restaurant we're helping us with our onward travels. Location wise if you're on holiday to explore Jewish Quarter and the Old Town/Main Square then it's a cab ride or tram trip away, but still fairly accessable.

We stayed in the apartments for Radisson Krakow. We enjoyed the room and service. Clean, decent amount of space. The restaurant next door is delicious. There’s a small shop downstairs as well for drinks, snacks, etc. we were glad we picked this hotel.

Overall a very good hotel for a good nightly rate. Modern and clean rooms. Only temperature Control insufficient. It was too warm during the night. When opening a window it becomes loud as the hotel is located at a main road.

Really nice new hotel

Reception was really helpful and friendly. They recommened us local restaurants. Our apartment room was on an another building and they guided us there. The room was stylish. Room's air condition was excellent - it was over 30°C outside, so it was nice to have a cool room. You can turn the television around so you can watch it either from the bed or the kitchen area.

Very good experience!

Good: The hotel is new, so it was very nice! Very good price and location close to the city centre and train station! Needs improvement: The staff made some mistakes regarding roomservice ordered, and laundry. I believe that it was stressfull since the hotel is new and I was there during its first opening. The staff corrected the mistakes quickly, and with some compensation! Grade 4/5, I recommend people to visit this hotel, it new and fresh!

Breakfast was standard continental breakfast options, therefore was pricy for what was provided. Property was clean but door slamming could be heard throughout all hours of the night. Geschnittenes Obst gab es viel zu wenig. An einem Tag nur Honigmelone. Am nächsten Tag nur Blutorange. Das Rührei war eine Zumutung. Brotauswahl nicht gut. Brötchen gibt es nicht. Zimmerreinigung wurde einmal vergessen. Baustellenlärm um 7:30 Uhr ist nicht die Schuld des Hotels. Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist sehr geschmackvoll.

Struttura molto bella e camera comoda! L' hotel è un po' fuori rispetto alle attrazioni della città. La colazione è buona ed abbastanza varia. Sul ristorante c'è da lavorare perché i piatti non sono all'altezza delle aspettative ed il personale è troppo veloce:abbiamo dovuto chiedere più volte di attendere un attimo prima di sparecchiare! Un grosso difetto è l'aria condizionata negli ambienti comuni, va bene tutto ma a 17 gradi la gente si ammala!
