This is a hostel bluffing that it is a hotel. For the money that we paid things should have been much better quality all around. And they can get away with this because of the situation they are in due to the indoor football field they have for youth cups. That's why my family and I booked a room in this small, boring town to begin with. And the only reason. So there is not much to choose from, plus most people will never be coming back there. So they can just pretend they are a nice hotel rather than a glorified hostel and get away with it. I am shocked by the high reviews this place had compared to our experience. We honestly would have preferred to stay at an actual hostel and pay half of what we paid for our room at "Hotel" bro. And don't get me started with the breakfast! It's so clear what they do, which is the bare minimum! They go to Lidl and buy the cheapest food so you can get bad coffee, a bowl of cereal, and an overcooked boiled egg. I'd be fine with this breakfast at another kind of establishment, and indeed I have had similar and even slightly better breakfasts at hostels. But yeah, it was clean and the bed was fine. The "lounge" is just four chairs in the corner of a hallway. I'd say avoid it, but if you're a football family, too bad. It is pretty close to the football arena. We'd never stay at this place again.

Bra upplevelse

Stora rum, väldigt sköna sängar, rent och fräscht. Enklare frukost men perfekt för oss som vanligtvis inte äter köttbullar, korv och omelett till frukost. Trevlig personal. Hotellet ligger centralt och nära rill resecentrum (15 min promenad) och nära till parkeringshus.

Hyggelig by med gode seværdigheder bl.a. Picasso skulptur. Hotellet ligger på 2. sal i en boligblok, der er elevator, store værelser og pænt rent overalt. Gode senge. Restaurant Oliveriet byder på godt og autentisk siciliansk køkken, ligger på torvet ca. 100 meter fra hotel.

Meget bra hotell for vårt formål. Problemfri selvbetjent overnatting. Stort, rent, greit rom og bad. God kontinental frokost. Rimelig parkering tvers over gata. Fin beliggenhet i rolig område og med kort avstand til historisk sentrum som absolutt er verdt et besøk. Det var også Picassomonumentet ved Vænern’s bredd!

Rummet var väldigt ostädat. Dammigt och hår i sängen! Rörledningar i badrummet var inte avtorkade på länge... Kladdigt kakel. Nästan stopp i tvättstället. Strömbrytaren hängde lös vid köksbänk. Mycket bra med kylskåp och mikro på rummet. Stort rum. Helt ok säng, men sämre kuddar. Sängbelysningen var katastrofal!! Svaga och låga lampor på sängborden. Går inte att läsa i sängen :( Frukosten var bra. Finns även te/kaffe o kakor på en vagn bredvid receptionen, dygnet runt. Parkering i ett p-hus mitt emot hotellet. Avgift.
