In the modernly equipped Eckbungalow Villa **** Milohnici "Yvonne" are the max. 8 guests 3 bedrooms (each about 21 square meters) with double beds, 2 baths (each about 8.5 square meters) with double sink, bidet, toilet, walk-in shower and bathtub.
A powder room, an open living room (40 sqm) with sofa bed, an open modern kitchen (u. A. Washing machine, dishwasher) and a large dining table with enough room for 8 people invite you to a relaxing holiday.
From the living room leads to the large shaded terrace (25 sqm) which lies on the south-west side of the house. From there you have direct access to the pool (6.2 x 2.8 m) and the garden.

Villa Milohnici is located on the quiet outskirts of the small village Milohnici on the southwest side of the island of Krk.
Within a radius of 200 m to 500 m distance to a supermarket, restaurants (konoba) and a tourist office

Small, idyllic bays, as well as the famous beach Glavotok with diving center are just 2 km away.

Approximately 15 km from the island capital Krk is with its old town and its many shopping opportunities.

Milohnici away from Munich after about 560 km drive
(Journey takes about 6 hours). The place is about 30 km from the "bridge Krk"
and 7 km from Valbinska away (Ferry Cres / Rab).

Tolles Haus

Haus und Außenanlage waren sehr gepflegt. Haben noch nie so eine gut ausgestattete Küche in einer Unterkunft gehabt. Auf den Bildern wirkte alles ein bisschen kleiner, daher waren wir auch hier positiv überrascht. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war ebenfalls sehr gut. Toll fand ich auch die Tips und Informationen die kurz vorher per e mail kamen. An was man auf jeden Fall denken sollte sind Mückenschutzmittel. Das Haus liegt direkt am Wald, die gab es also haufenweise. Wenn wir etwas beanstanden müssten, wäre das der Grill. Der ließ sich leider nicht in der Höhe verstellen und das Kohleblech war sehr verzogen. Und die Betten haben teilweise enorm geknarrt und gequietscht. Aber naja, das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Würden das Haus auf jeden fall weiter empfehlen.

Tolles Haus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren zur selben Zeit im Nebenhaus und waren bei jedem kleinen Problem sofort zur Stelle. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Wir waren mit unserem Hund da und man kann direkt vom Haus aus stundenlang laufen.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, das trifft vor allem auch auf den Pool zu, den die Kinder sehr genossen haben. Wir haben vor Ort auch jederzeit und unheimlich schnell Unterstützung bekommen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Perfekte Erholung

Wir haben mit 7 Personen (drei Generationen) und einem Hund das Haus Anfang August besucht und hatten eine traumhafte Woche. Da sind der Pool und der große Garten schon eine tolle Sache!! Auch die Ruhe war sehr erholsam. Die Ausstattung vom sehr geräumigen Haus ist top, es ist sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man im Ferienhaus braucht. Auch der Garten ist super gepflegt. Die Verwalter sind aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. In wenigen Gehminuten kann man zu Fuß einen Supermarkt und zwei Restaurants erreichen. Auch der Hundestrand in Glavotok ist mit dem Auto nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Es war eine prima Woche, wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder.

Erstklassiges Ferienhaus für die Familie, es hat an nichts gefehlt

Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir haben mit drei Generationen wunderschöne Tage verbracht, es ist an alles gedacht, auch unser Hund konnte sich frei bewegen. Man kann von hier aus verschiedene Ziele in kurzer Zeit erreichen, aber auch vor Ort gibt es den Supermarkt, der alles hat und sehr leckeres Essen in der Konoba. Gerne wären wir noch länger geblieben und ein Wiederkommen ist definitiv denkbar. Vielen Dank für Alles!

Perfekt!

Tolles Haus, wie beschrieben, wie auf den Fotos. Es fehlt tatsächlich an nichts! Etwas abseits gelegen, aber das weiß man ja, wenn man bucht! Die Ruhe ist super und das Haus ein toller Ausgangspunkt für spannende Erkundungstouren quer über die Insel. Und wenn man zurück kommt, kann man chillen und den Pool genieße. Hammer! Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Super Urlaub in ländlicher Umgebung

Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit, das Haus ist super ausgestattet und es fehlt an nicht's. Anita und Goran waren zur Stelle als man sie gebraucht hat und haben mit Rat und Tat unterstützt. Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Top Objekt in ruhiger idyllischer Lage

Die Bilder sagen schon alles, ind genau so ist es dann auch...Absolut durchdachtes Feriendomizil in wundervoller ländlicher Umgebung, ruhig und idyllisch, mit dem Auto alles in kürzester Entfernung/Zeit zu erreichen. Absolut Empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank und wir kommen wieder.

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen! Man sollte allerdings mit dem Auto anreisen,da man sonst nicht viel von der Insel sehen kann.Das Haus selbst hat alles was man braucht ,sehr gepflegt,wunderschön.

Die 5 Nächte in der Villa waren wirklich toll. Alle Geräte und Utensilien für den täglichen Bedarf waren vorhanden. Alles wie neu, sauber und sehr gepflegt. Pool mit Gegenstrom Anlage ist für ein kleines Workout völlig ausreichend. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub auf der Insel Krk.

Tolles Haus, sehr gepflegt, schöne Aussenanlage, ruhige Lage.

Der Urlaub im Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung war super, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ein Urlaub zum Entspannen. Wir würden wieder hinfahren.

Tutto perfetto

La casa si presenta come da foto, ottime finiture per essere una casa di vacanza, la piscina è il valore aggiunto, l'acqua é alta circa 140 cm, le camere e soprattutto i bagni sono spaziosi. Ottima la fornitura in cucina, dove sono a disposizione anche delle bottiglie di vino a pagamento con minimo ricarico. Abbiamo trovato acqua in frigorifero ed una grande cesto di frutta sul tavolo. L' aria condizionata é presente in tutti i locali permettendo una regolazione differenziata. Abbiamo trovato il barbecue con tutto a disposizione per una grigliata. Le camere hanno tutte il letto matrimoniale non divisibile. Il divano in soggiorno si trasforma in un letto matrimoniale abbastanza comodo. I canali della televisione credo siano solo con satellite Astra, quindi non si vedevano i canali italiani (ma a noi non interessava). È un ottima zona molto tranquilla ed ideale per fare jogging. Una passeggiata di al massimo 30 minuti porta al mare (circa 3-4 km). Faccio i complimenti al proprietario per l'ottima proprietà, in pochi minuti ci sembrava già di stare a casa nostra.

nicht zu toppen!!

Ein modernes geräumiges Feriendomizil, das keine Wünsche offen läßt. Es wurde einfach an alles gedacht, sehr hochwertige Ausstattung, ruhige Lage am Ortsrand eines kleinen Dorfes ohne große Wohnsiedlungen. Gut bestückter kleiner Supermarkt in 7min zu Fuß zu erreichen, 2 Lokale mit ortsüblicher Speisekarte. Eingelungener Urlaub auf Krk. Waren mit 7 Personen dort. Haben seit Jahren Erfahrungen mit Ferienhäusern und Pool: Das Beste, das wir je gebucht hatten-fast schöner als zuhause!
