The villa is located on the beautiful island of Krk, which is also the largest island in the Adriatic Sea, and thanks to the rich vegetation and Mediterranean climate, it was inhabited since prehistoric times. It represents the perfect place to escape from the busy everyday life and have a dream holiday!



Only 2 km from the sea and a beautiful pebble beach, Villa Casa Materossa offers accommodation for eight people. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers, and one separate toilet. The villa has a washing machine, dryer, iron and hairdryer. In the hall, including the TV, we offer you an additional sofa bed ideal for two more people. In Villa Casa Materossa, you can cool down using the fan convectors located in the bedrooms, living room and basement. The spacious living room with a view of the outdoor pool has a corner sofa, an armchair, a TV, a coffee table, and a fireplace. The living room is connected to the elegantly decorated kitchen, which also includes a dining room with a wooden table for eight people, cooking utensils, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator.



On the ground floor, there is also an exit that leads to the main terrace with a swimming pool, an outdoor table for eight people, and a two-seater from which you can relax with a glass of wine. The heated pool with internal stairs is 38 m2 in size. It is perfect for day or night refreshments with a view of untouched nature. Next to it, there are 8 deckchairs for sunbathing and a shower.



In the basement, there is a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, two bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms with showers, and a game room where you can play table tennis or a PlayStation.



If you are in the mood to cook outside the villa, we offer you an outdoor charcoal, wood, or gas grill, located in the basement of Casa Materossa where you are surrounded by beautiful olive trees.



The villa offers you a view of the beautiful blue sea and is completely fenced and has four parking spaces.



Pets, as well as younger groups of guests, are allowed upon prior request.



Pedestrian and bicycle paths stretch across the island of Krk, and you can also come across healing mud. The beach is shallow and suitable for families with children. You can walk along the beach for about a hundred metres, and the sea is still knee-deep! Come to the largest island of the Adriatic and see for yourself the beauty it has to offer, and try diving, sailing, horseback riding, and olive oil and wine tours!
