I would say one of the best experience I had in a hotel, staff was very friendly, our suite room was superb and clean..kids really loved it..location was perfect and very convenient to explore the city. they even provided some snacks in the room when we arrived late night. Highly recommended.

Great stay at Chill Suites. Checkin went smoothly and quickly. Staff were on hand via watsapp if needed. Room was very clean when we arrived and cleaned thoroughly on request. Air conditioning worked well. Great location for Jalan Alor street, LaLaport mall and Berjaya Times Square a 10mins walk. Hang Tua station lees than 10 mins away and is the nearest station.

事前に案内もなく、改装中の工事音が朝8時から響きました。滞在期間中WiFiが不通で、初日に「明日から使える」と言われたが結局1週間ダメでした。同理由でTV（ChromeTV）が観られませんでした。アメニティはボディーシャンプーと歯ブラシのみで、フェイスタオルはありませんでした。供用スペースにあったコーヒーサーバーはノーメンテナンスで使えませんでした。部屋のあちらこちらに張り紙がありましたがすべてその通りではありません。裏切られた感しかありませんでした。

テレビが見れない、シャワーの水圧が著しく弱い、夜周辺に買い物できるところが無い、コンセントがベッドから遠いテレビ下しか無いなど、なかなかな部分はあるが、値段相応か。

新しいホテルなので綺麗で立地も良い。ブキビンタンまで徒歩10分。帰りはグラブタクシーも呼んでくれて助かった。オフィスビルの中にホテルを作っているため壁が薄く、夜も他の部屋の音が聞こえるが、気にならなければお勧め。
