Under renovation now, when we reach level 3, the staffs keep talking each other's, but ignoreus, we don't know where is reception, and wait till I ask them, they only say here is the reception. Poor service and attitude problem.

Lovely staycation fof Raya

Overall enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Comfortable room, breakfast buffet had good selection meals, loved the Raya theme decoration perfect for photos, pleasant staff and especially love the lounge where we had drinks with the relaxing ambience of water fountain. I would love to come back again for another staycation.

The hotel staff makes you feel welcome and takes care of your every convenience. This was my 3rd reservation with Eastin and hope to visit again. The private cigar lounge is a rare addition to the already great location.
