Apart from the name, not much has changed after 6y

Really bad. We came back to this place after visiting 6y ago. The name was then Monkee Inn. They changed name to Seven Nite Inn and now De'nai. No clue why but it's sure not because they've upgraded the place after 6y. The place where normally was breakfast is now a restaurant not part of the hostel anymore. We got BEDBUGS! so we asked to change rooms. Luckily that was okay, but in order to get not a bad review I would recommend giving money back to your customers. We didn't even got a sorry or whatsoever. Only one member was really nice. The girl from the morning didn't say much. Just gave a plate for breakfast and didn't even explain where to get hot water, toast our bread and where to get cutlery. She just went back to reception and played on her phone. Also not enough jam for the 3 breads we got. It's fine for this budgethotels, but it's not that it's that cheap. Poor service and not clean. Rooms have bad linnen, we had bedbugs and looking under the bed; lot of dust. Showers need maintenance. Would recommend to find a much better place in the area.

VORTEILE: - Direkt am Rand von Chinatown - Fahrstuhl - ein netter Mitarbeiter, der uns beim Organisieren eines Taxis geholfen hat NACHTEILE: - Lange Suche nach dem Hotel vor Ort (mit Reisekoffern), da wir nicht wussten, dass es zwei "Seven Nite" Hotels gibt - Die Passanten, die wir gefragt hatten, haben uns zum falschen "Seven Nite"-Hotel geschickt, sodass wir länger hin- und herlaufen mussten. Hier sollte eine deutlichere Kennzeichnung erfolgen - Frühstück erst ab 8:30 Uhr ! Nur auf Nachfrage bekamen wir dieses bereits um 7:45 Uhr (die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten öffnen bereits um 9 Uhr) - Frühstück mäßig, aber besser als nichts - im Zimmer nichts außer ein Doppelbett und ein Ventilator - Bettwäsche durchlöchert - Keine Badetücher - Kein Toilettenpapier - Fenster nur zum Korridor, nicht nach außen - Sanitärbereich gewöhnungsbedürftig, mit Kakerlaken

チャイナタウンのホテル街にあります。 周りにはコンビニ、屋台街があり食事については不便はありません。 駅から少し離れてるので徒歩で行くのは面倒くさいです。

髒亂

房間潮濕狹小氣味不好，室內禁煙卻菸味很重，隔音不佳，整樓開關門的聲音都聽得到，環境非常不舒服! 櫃檯對於旅店設備控管非常差，例如吹風機等整晚都借不到，超級不推。

Budget hostel in good location

Room was extremely small and basic, could really do with a makeover, but aircon worked well and bedding was clean. I had a window room and unfortunately was a bit loud when the market got going in the morning. Only other bad thing was Internet. The signal didn't reach my room so had to sit on the stairs where it was really good and fast. If they could sort out signal issue would be great. Staff were nice and breakfast was good. Location was great, close to LRT and lots of attractions. Overall good budget option.

Chambre double fenêtre sur couloir, juste en face de la salle de bain commune. Ca passe si les autres clients sont respectueux. Par contre problème de chasse d'eau sur l'un des deux wc et eau chaude dans une seule des quatre douches. On sentait légèrement les ressorts du lit. Quand même cher pour cette chambre si pas de réduction (12€) Personnel très agréable et parlant anglais.
