We stay at a suite for 2 nights. Check-in was fast. Staff are friendly n polite. They prepared cake n decos for my son birthday. That was nice. Rooms are a clean but beds ain't very comfy. Easy access to prominent malls. Overall a good stay.

I have had a great stay at the Ritz. It’s top class and the hotel staff are always smiling and welcome you warmly. The hotel is located in the middle of a nice busy area with a lot shopping malls around. I highly recommend it!

Trip to see ASKA

Service was a top draw! Deco and quality were very dated in the room, however, the common areas such as reception, bar, lounge were very good. This trip was to see a concert of my favourite Japanese singer and it turned out that he also stayed this hotel! I also bumped into him in the Chinese restaurant. The Ritz will be a special place for me forever!!

Loved the Ritz Carlton. Service was top notch, and hotel was just beautiful. Two large malls were about a 6 minute walk. Petronas towers and Batu caves were easy to get to via Grab. Would love to return to KL and stay here again ❤️

ホテルスタッフは皆さんとても親切で部屋も清潔感があり快適に過ごせました。 1日に何度もクリーニングが入り、潔癖症の私にはとても嬉しいサービスでした。 朝食は洋食はあまり口に合いませんでしたが、マレーシア料理はとても美味しく、ローカル店で試し難いお料理もホテルで試すことができて、その後ローカル店でも挑戦するきっかけになりました。瓶入りのジュースも美味しかったです。 空調は少し効きすぎて温度の変更をしても夜は寒く感じました。 場所はとても便利な場所にありましたが、直接ホテルに入るには少し入り組んだ道を使うのが不便でした。（道が開発中なのかな？）ただし、系列のJWマリオットと建物がつながっているので後半はそこを利用しました。 ホテルの快適さも相まって、再び訪れたい国の上位になりました。
