"Excellent. Absolutely lives up to its 5 star reputation. Service interactions were all welcoming, pleasant and accommodating to our needs. Our room was perfection. Balcony was pleasant, there is plenty of comfortable seating choices in the room. The bathroom is a highlight. "Love the natural ambience of the villa. Staffs were very helpful and courteous. Room was big, spacious and clean. Provided clean drinking water in the room and also a water filtration system outside the room. Water pressure and heater was good. Bathtub so big that my wife, son and I could fit in it. Love the view from our porch as it was facing the sea. The beach was not suitable for swimming but we saw a lot of animal during our morning walk like mud skippers, hermit crabs and even a peanut...

"Well maintained resort, clean room and pathway, all in one place. Staff were supportive, shuttle call was spontaneous except the checkout time. Restaurant orders were provided as a whole, nearly 1hr after order (hopefully due to the rush), we changed the restaurant and service was quick. Apart from these points, i would definately recommend this resort for my friends. Short advice for guests, pool area bench are meant for people using pool, people are reserving their spots without being there...

Breakfast options were good Minor considerations - - Terrace restaurant was nice but expensive -7Pm pool closing time seemed early - maybe more variety of evening entertainment -same duet but also conscious we stayed 6 nights which is longer than most guests Be interesting to see the impact of the Marriott hotel being built nearby - this did create some noise disturbance."

"Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. There was no hand soap provided in the room, and the Wi-Fi was very poor and unreliable throughout my stay. The biggest issue was the breakfast service. It was disorganized, and there didn't seem to be anyone directing guests or managing the seating during the busy morning hours. Many tables were still dirty, and it was difficult to find staff when assistance was needed. Overall, the breakfast experience was chaotic and did not meet...

"Resturant is really bad. No options to eat and very bad behaviour by the people at the restaurant. The hotel is really good. The only shortcoming is their restaurant which they should really try improving if they want to do better."
