"The spa has not been updated in more than 30 years.was the last time we visited there. Looks like mold on the ceilings and pool areas need major updates. Rooms were pretty clean"

"Room had left over trashing it, there was no running water to the bathroom sink, the tub was chipping paint everywhere, no smoke detector. That hallways were literally falling apart, dripping water, paint falling, doors with holes in them. Would NEVER stay here or recommend it again. Stayed in way better for less money. Absolutely disgusting. "

"The property was lovely! Brendan was a fantastic host. Check in was very easy. The house is immaculate and very clean. My friends and I had a great time for a quick weekend trip. We have all already talked about coming back either sometime in the summer or for another winter trip. For folks looking for a nice relaxing spot, look no further!! I’m sure it would be a great spot for ice fishing when the ice is on. It’s not too far from Treetops or Otsego Resort, which makes for a great stay if you’re looking to go to multiple skiing, snowboarding, and tubing spots. I think this property would be great in the summer time as it is right on Dixon lake and near many great golf courses. "

"The host was very communicative and the house was everything we needed. We had 2 families enjoy it and utilized the lake for ice fishing. Plenty of room for parking two trucks with trailers in the circle drive. Very comfortable in the cabin for cooking, playing games, watching tv in the large family room with the great view of the lake. We will totally return for either more winter fun or try it for summer enjoyment."
