"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The property was clean, the location was excellent, and the host was lovely and welcoming. The main drawback was the poor Wi-Fi, which made it difficult to stay connected at times. Paying attention to a few small details would make the experience even better—for example, providing additional towels in the rooms without having to ask and ensuring the bed linens are of a high quality and well maintained. "Everything was going well until I had an issue at the restaurant. After I paid for my meal, the staff returned without my full change and said they didn’t have any. This kind of situation is far too common and often feels like a deliberate way of shortchanging customers. I wasn’t pleased, and I made it clear that I would have gladly tipped more than the amount withheld. Service providers can and should do better. Customers shouldn’t have to ask for their exact change, no matter how small"
