"This hotel has the worst staff. I was discriminated, laugh at and never want to ever step foot at this location. Staff is rude and very unknowable, when i show up. They told me to sign in with the QR code yet helped everyone else. Like 4 people went and i was still figuring it out because they did not help me. I asked for help and looked bother and also started laughing among them. When i arrived i asked them about my luggage to be shipped to haneda, they said it wouldn’t be an issue to do QR code and just bring them before 10am. Which i did and i was told they can send my luggage 2 days before. They said they couldn’t do anything and to figure it out. That it’s not their problem, luckily i called my previous hotel and they were able to help me. Do not purchase the breakfast, it’s very disgusting and waste of money. I bought buffet for 2 days and i threw away my tickets for the second day. Try new places better. It’s definitely not worth it. "

"Excellent stay for a first time visit to Japan and Osaka. The front desk staff were very helpful to answer questions. Rest of the staff were very helpful and nice as well. The night team and especially a guy whose name began with an N (maybe Niromi, he was the chief that night, helped me with guiding me where I could get meds for my wife after a sprained ankle in USJ, and setting up luggage forwarding to Tokyo."
