"Very conveniently located. Just a few streps away from the JR Kure station, and a couple of blocks from the Yamato maritime museum, which can be accessed via a foot bridge. Hotel is showing signs of age but is well maintained and clean. Excellent front desk staff. Good lighting in the room. Breakfast is served on the 14th floor with excellent view of the city and the port. Hotel offers cute hand-drawn maps showing staff’s recommended restaurants, cafes, very cute. "

The washer/dryer was very handy, once we figured out how to use it. The iPhone translate app and an instruction manual for a similar UK model really helped. We don’t have machines like this in Australia. Loved the beds, we got a double each, and the bedding was so cozy. We travelled here in winter and found that the glass sliding...

"It has a family owned feel with plenty of personal touches like a local lemonade and sake drinks, and photo to remember the trip by. Additionally, it is an easy 13 minute walk from the Hiroshima train station and all the major tourist spots. I definitely recommend!!"

"The doors to the hotel are located at the entrance to the train station. If you find the trollies then you're in the right spot. Search for the doors near that entrance. The hotel staff were very helpful and the connections to the trains and trollies were convenient. There are many great food option around this area of Hiroshima. I would definitely return to this hotel. "

It was delicious food at a reasonable price (we had choice of savoury sweet crepes, variety of brunch side dishes). Walkable to Peace park and Hiroshima palace. Quality coffee shop in lobby is a plus too"
