"The room was clean & compact with a fridge. Ac was working well as japan was hot (97°) and humid. Loved the included airport shuttle and continental breakfast. The laundry room with included detergent per washed saved me from bringing dirty clothes home. The only thing I would like to see is early check in as my flight arrived at 4:45 am and checkin is at 3pm. Otherwise wonderful property and staff. I will be back."

"Overall an okay stay. Upon arrival, we noticed the shower had random hairs on the walls from previous guests that were missed while cleaning. The walls, in multiple spots, were also dirty and stained. Didn’t want to touch them. Was just worried about the cleanliness of what I couldn’t see based off what I could see. But it was cheap and had a free airport shuttle."
