The stay was amazing for the 2 weeks we were there. The rooms were kept in tip top conditions and the bar and kitchen was filled with amazing food and drinks There was only 2 instances where our food order was forgotten and ended up taking an extra hour longer and the massage mysteriously lost our booking. Overall, as a stay near the beaches and next to all the shopping centres its a treat.

I loved that there was a self serve laundry available for, guests, the view from the 6th floor restaurant was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was a bit dirty, the food upstairs was not that good and a bit expensive for the size of the servers. The Indian food at street 32 was lovely

Great hotel with a bunch of interns running the place. I really would have liked to have said this is a 5 star, but the staff was in the way and generally behind on everything. 1. They still haven't returned my deposit. I emailed them 5 days ago and got a "we'll look into it" message, nothing since then. 2. We arrived at 3, check-in was at 2, and our room wasn't ready (that's a first). They made us wait an hour for it. 3. The gym is nice, but I was there working out for 45 min and the staff (I think they are interns) came in to "clean the gym" four times! By "cleaning" I mean, they ineffectually mopped a random section of the floor, stared at me, then left. Sometimes after sitting down or talking to one of their co-workers. On the plus side: 1. Free laundry machines! When do you ever see that?? Some are a little smelly though, so check before you throw your laundry in and get a good one. 2. The rooftop pool is GREAT! Nice view from there. 3. The rooftop restaurant is even better. We should have tried it on the first day, because we ate there every day after the first time we tried it. The rooms were fine, a little noisy. If this place got some training for the staff and figured out how to run it properly, it would be 5 stars for the price (not a 5 star hotel mind you).
